“The plants and the process were awesome! I appreciate that customer service was very helpful at correcting some issues. The plants were also beautiful and thriving! The only issue is that during the replacement process, I was not sent all the plants that I was told I would get.”

“Order takes longer to ship than expected and no emails providing updates of delays were sent. I requested to include a gift note thru there customer service email, but the note never arrived with the package after they told me it would :(”

“All items ordered were received. The crown of thorns arrived in poor shape. Lost all but one leaf. Hopefully it will survive.”

“My bear paws came all broken up. Most of the leaves snapped off. I’m not blaming the seller. It was packed well. I think the box got thrown around in transit. I planted what was left and it’s doing well. I received a credit towards my next purchase. I think this is a great seller.”

“The plants arrived in a mangled wet box and the two fuzzy versions are covered with dirt that I can’t clean off of them. Otherwise they were mostly intact and are recovering in their new planters. The Christmas cactus is still looking a bit flat.”

“All of my plants arrived. They were all packaged wonderfully. However, my Santa Rita Cactus i ordered appeared to have a bit of rot on the bottom of the plant. I was able to make a cut and save the rest of the plant.”

“Plants would be great if they were left in their little pots. Cacti had fallen apart in package due to no pot. Pots can’t cost that much. I’m sure the plants will be fine eventually.”

“I said 4 because of the extended delay in the mail. The first plant died but the cacti and succulent didn't. The succulent wasn't very happy when it got here but they all survived. While I know shipping delays are not the fault of the sender entirely it should be a priority to make sure they are shipped well because I have gotten packages from CA in 1 or 2 days.”

“Plants were healthy, although the leaves had serious calcium build up, I tried to gently clean but didn't work well. On two plants all original leaves eventually shriveled and dried, thankfully there have been some pups that are thriving well. I've not had this issue on previous orders.”
