“Plants arrived alive and healthy, except for the Crassula "Calico Kitten" plant that was packed poorly so it came with 1/3 broken branches on the top and had to be cut off. I'd recommend adding a protective cupfor shipping plants with taller & crunchier branches.”

“Plant is lovely but the packaging was difficult to open, made a mess and damaged the plant. Not sure that sending bare roots is the best way to ship an 8 inch plant.”

“My first time experience was a mixed bag. Of the 4 succulents, 3 were 4-5 stars. The 4th was 3 stars but barely. I reviewed each of the 4 plants plus provided photos. I will reach out to support, as your email indicates, and discuss the very leggy, many leaves lost, Sedum Rubrotinctum Jelly Bean plant that I received. I placed a second order with you. Hopefully all plants will be worthy of 4-5 star ratings.”

“The service was prompt and good. All plants are in their final homes but the Cotledon is not in good shape. I can't even touch it without it dropping corms. I've lost about 100 while planting and I'm not sure if that is from underwatering or over watering. I placed it in Cactus soil and gave it a bit of water because the roots were so dry but I'm afraid to touch it. Any advice?”

“Received my plants about a week ago. Plants are healthy, fast shipping. However the ‘ruby cascade’ arrived without roots, I’ve tried to put it in soil and see how it goes.”

“No heating insert and it took a while to get here. Bare root plants were not wrapped with any medium to protect roots. I'm hoping they make it. But they are of substantial size and other than being badly dehydrated, are beautiful specimens.”

“Overall happy with my plants. One was a little rough looking, one has the seedling starter plug(not sure of the real name) still on it and I worry it will stop the roots from growing but overall the shipping was good. They arrived nicely wrapped up and weren’t cold. I would probably order from them agai”
