“I was thrilled to receive my succulents...but I would not recommend the 7 day, cheaper! postage. My plants were almost completely dried out.”

“I made two separate orders totaling 20 succulents. Shipping was fast. In my first order, I had 14 succulents. Out of those, 13 made it in pretty good condition. Yes, the box was a little messy from dirt, but it wasn’t wet and all of the succulents were wrapped well. The only succulent that didn’t do well lost most of its leaves and looked broken and bare. In my second order, only 2 of the 6 plants I ordered made it in good condition. There was too much moisture in the package, so unfortunately most of the beautiful large lower leaves for my “Perle von Nuremberg” and “Blue Waves” were dead or dying. I ordered a single 4-in head of the “Blue Elf” and got a cluster with many dead leaves throughout. If my second shipment didn’t have the excess moisture, I think I would have 19 amazing succulents in my little garden because I can tell that they were beautiful before they shipped. Overall, I would buy again. My recommendation is buying the small 2-in that come in the mini pots because the soil seems to prevent the added moisture in the package versus the bare root.”

“Everything that came was what I expected it to be. The largest plant , and Escheveria, experienced 5 or 6 broken outer leaves which made me a bit sad. That the "back" side of the plant now.”

“I purchased 11 plants from Succulents Depot and all but one were delivered successfully. The plants are growing perfectly. The one that did not make it was somehow completely out of the pot and inside the paper. All of the dirt had fallen out so it was pretty much gone when I unwrapped it. It was covered in so much dirt that I couldn't tell what type of plant it was until I cleaned it up. It did eventually die. However, all others are doing well.”

“I ordered 19 plants in a big Birthday haul for myself and over all, it turned out well. I was skeptical based on reviews I read on other sites but I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star review is that one of the plants I ordered was supposed to be rooted and it came with absolutely no roots, it was basically a cutting but without enough stem to pot it stably. The plants arrived looking a little sad but I transplanted them immediately and watered them and they perked right up. Be warned though, a lot of the soil was displaced, almost all of it in almost all of my plants. I ordered mostly 2” in pots and some of them the plant was completely hidden in soil, which didn’t bother me. At the end of the day I am please with my order and will be ordering again even though the shipping took a while (and I’m in the same state as the company)”

“The plants I received were what I ordered. They were alive. Some how in shipping the crested one had been spilled and was lying loose in the box. I was disheartened that it had no roots what so ever. I potted it anyhow and am hoping for the best. The other three plants were all in fair condition, still in the pots and doing well.”

“String of Hearts arrived safely & looking great so far I added a pic of before/after reporting. The Sedum Dream Dazzler was shipped bare root not doing the greatest but I think it will pull together after being use to the fairy garden ☺️”
