“I purchased 9 plants and was a bit worried because it was taking a little longer then I expected for them to arrive. I sent an email and got a prompt response about the sale causing some delays. I then received my plants in beautiful condition. Will definitely order again.”

“We ordered 3 plants, 2 of them were potted and are doing well. The third one was only roots and dirt and is barely hanging on. Overall our purchase was good. Fingers crossed the third plant makes it.”

“All my plants were very healthy and in good condition when I received them except the cathedral window hawthoria. It was barely rooted and almost dried up. It is in recovery. Other than that everything was nicely wrapped and shipped.”

“When I shopped the first time around at succulents depot, most of my plants were really small and they did not take at all. I was hesitant to shop again and stayed away for a very long time. I finally decided to give succulents depot a second chance and I am very pleased with my purchase this time around. One of my most expensive succulent is small but I think I have learned how to keep them alive. Not watering in the summer heat is a must for some of them to survive. I hope that I can keep it alive this time around.”

“Both deliveries the items all arrived ok. I had one plant arrive with most of the larger leaves off and loose in the package. Also, the Bear claw plant arrived covered in the black dirt it was packaged with. And with that being a furry plant the dirt was all over it. I was able to dust most of it off and now that it has recovered from its shock it is doing well. Thank you Kim R.”

“My only issue is since the 2 inch plants are sent in pots with soil, soil was absolutely everywhere in the packaging. The teddy bear succulent has soil all over its fuzzy lil leaves, and I've taken the softest brush I have to very gently try to get it off. Kind of a bummer. But all the plants are super healthy and all sprang to life so excitedly after getting them settled in new pots. They're very very healthy!”

“I understand you send bare root plants. The plants we're a very wilted when I receive them. Now After the second week it is firming up and looks like it's going to be a beautiful plant. Can't wait until it blooms.”

“I was thrilled to receive my succulents...but I would not recommend the 7 day, cheaper! postage. My plants were almost completely dried out.”

“I made two separate orders totaling 20 succulents. Shipping was fast. In my first order, I had 14 succulents. Out of those, 13 made it in pretty good condition. Yes, the box was a little messy from dirt, but it wasn’t wet and all of the succulents were wrapped well. The only succulent that didn’t do well lost most of its leaves and looked broken and bare. In my second order, only 2 of the 6 plants I ordered made it in good condition. There was too much moisture in the package, so unfortunately most of the beautiful large lower leaves for my “Perle von Nuremberg” and “Blue Waves” were dead or dying. I ordered a single 4-in head of the “Blue Elf” and got a cluster with many dead leaves throughout. If my second shipment didn’t have the excess moisture, I think I would have 19 amazing succulents in my little garden because I can tell that they were beautiful before they shipped. Overall, I would buy again. My recommendation is buying the small 2-in that come in the mini pots because the soil seems to prevent the added moisture in the package versus the bare root.”

“Everything that came was what I expected it to be. The largest plant , and Escheveria, experienced 5 or 6 broken outer leaves which made me a bit sad. That the "back" side of the plant now.”

“I purchased 11 plants from Succulents Depot and all but one were delivered successfully. The plants are growing perfectly. The one that did not make it was somehow completely out of the pot and inside the paper. All of the dirt had fallen out so it was pretty much gone when I unwrapped it. It was covered in so much dirt that I couldn't tell what type of plant it was until I cleaned it up. It did eventually die. However, all others are doing well.”

“Happy with my purchase, but I thought that the cactus would be a bit larger. I've found bigger TBM's at a lower price. But overall they will grow up.”
