“Overall happy with my plants. One was a little rough looking, one has the seedling starter plug(not sure of the real name) still on it and I worry it will stop the roots from growing but overall the shipping was good. They arrived nicely wrapped up and weren’t cold. I would probably order from them agai”

“Well-packaged plants and exactly what I ordered. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the shipping. It was sent via USPS and I did not receive a shipping confirmation until about 4 days after I placed my order. Otherwise, great experience!”

“Love price quality excellent packaging..the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because I ordered the smallest size of several and I lost 5 of them..they were just to small still ..so I reordered larger of the same and they are thriving and beautiful...just go a size up from smallest.. Worth it”

“I love your succulents! Out of the 19 succulents I ordered only two were not in good health. The Sun Sparler 'Lime Zinger' was pretty much dried up so its struggling and the Aeonium "Sunburst" was smashed most leaves off and shriveled up. I received on the 7th day from ordering and opened them up immediately. I still love your succulents and probably will reorder from your business.”

“We ordered 3 plants, 2 of them were potted and are doing well. The third one was only roots and dirt and is barely hanging on. Overall our purchase was good. Fingers crossed the third plant makes it.”

“All my plants were very healthy and in good condition when I received them except the cathedral window hawthoria. It was barely rooted and almost dried up. It is in recovery. Other than that everything was nicely wrapped and shipped.”

“When I shopped the first time around at succulents depot, most of my plants were really small and they did not take at all. I was hesitant to shop again and stayed away for a very long time. I finally decided to give succulents depot a second chance and I am very pleased with my purchase this time around. One of my most expensive succulent is small but I think I have learned how to keep them alive. Not watering in the summer heat is a must for some of them to survive. I hope that I can keep it alive this time around.”
