“Shipped reasonably quickly & well-packaged; however, I was unprepared for them to appear as if they had just been plucked from someone's garden - roots, dirt, & all! Lol. They were neither bare-root, nor potted, so it was a messy unpack & I had to pot them up immediately. HOWEVER! The plants themselves are absolutely fabulous & a definite bargain 😀 I can tell they were well-cared for & prepped for the trip; the leaves were plump & healthy even though the soil was bone dry (yay texas heatwave lol). Nice variety in specimens, and I'd definitely order from this site again ❤️”

“0rder #213031, a Giant Dudleya Brittonii, arrived in good shape. The packaging was adequate for the task. One corner of the box was crushed but no damage to the contents was apparent. Of course the GDBrittonii was uppotted and is supplied its best growing environment.”

“I love getting plants from Succulents Depot! So far I have purchased several succulents and a Tradescantia. Everything is always well-packed, and unwrapping is a lot of fun! The plants are always in good condition when they arrive, and I love the variety. Nothing has died on me yet, either, which is great - I don't have the greenest of thumbs!”

“Packaged securely, double wrapped, arrived very damp. Only one plant had been damaged during packing (crushed) and I am trying to save it. But most of the plants are thriving and look very healthy.”
