“I was supposed to get a bare root succulent. BARE ROOT. I got a huge chunk of dry crumbling soil with a few stems poking out of the top of it. Not happy, not going to shop with you ever again. -- Trystan Greist”

“1 star so far because it’s been more than a week now, over which I’ve sent 3 emails and have yet to hear back at all. My order was missing one plant. I would just like to get what I paid for.”

“Not one looks like the pics. I ordered 16 succulents so I can get the free shipping. Shipping was long. Some of the payments were in bad shape. Packaging is just horrible. I should have done my research before I placed an order here. A lot of companies have twice the amount of succulents I purchased with free shipping. Also way better rare quality.”
