“Lovely hotel. Food on the whole was good. Very near local shops and a quick walk down to sea and town. Weather was mostly sunny apart from a few cloudy starts to some days. We arrived quite late and were very tired. The silly receptionist sent us the completely wrong way to our room and we spent over an hour looking for our room. Some very helpful Irish people helped us in the end and went back to the receptionist who ended up coming to find us and it turned out she had sent us to the wrong side of the hotel and as we are old and exhausted she pulled both suitcases. I had requested a sunny balcony near the restaurant and reception. It wasn't a sunny balcony because of trees and we certainly weren't near reception or restaurant. The next night the cistern in the toilet overflowed everywhere including the hall and it took hours to repair. The next day the toilet overflowed so that then had to be repaired.”

“Everything ran smoothly, liked sunshine as could choose a flight that suited us, and length of stay we wanted 9 days not the standard 10 days, have already recommend, and they have booked through sunshine”

“Overall Sunshine are a great company. I have used them on a few occasions and up to now i have always been more than satisfied. If i have any misgivings it would be that Sunshine are a bit more expensive on transfers than other companies but i can live with that.”

“I used Sunshine Holidays for my late holiday before the winter.We stayed in the Tropitel naama bay hotel.A good hotel,run well with nice clean rooms good service,clean pool food was ok but could be a little better.Friendly staff who couldn't do anymore for you.Hotel in a good position close to shops restaurants and the beach and the weather was still nice and hot.”
