“Easy to use site. However one day I went on and the flights were cheaper then a couple of hours later they went up. But overall really happy with the site.”

“Easy and straightforward booking to a point, although I did ask to pre book extras. ie seats priority boarding etc.. and was told there was no availability and it was full, I went to Ryanair website and booked the extras direct, so not given correct information and came back with the answer 48 hours later.”

“Very helpful. Polite, nothing seemed to much trouble. The only thing is maybe train staff up on the difference between room choices at hotels, ie double prioity rooms, and star prestige. Otherwise very satisfied with the service. Especially Lindsey on customer services.”
