“I found the site easy to use and decided to book my hotel but not flight. I like the fact you get this option and that you can go back into your booking months late and add extras! Will definitely use again.”

“First time booking online and Sunshine was a breeze to deal with when booking our holiday. Their website had a good selection of holiday destinations and accommodation. When you book your holiday, the information they include in 'Your Booking' section is always up-to-date and is easy to navigate through. Any questions I had were answered by their dedicated team in a timely fashion, my only reservation is that we were not able to contact them by phone which is my preferred choice. I will look to book my next holiday online with our now trusted, Sunshine.co.uk!”

“Although slightly nervous about booking a holiday ENTIRELY online, I have to say that overall the experience was lovely and the package a bargain when compared to the High Street. The hotel, Rixos in Sharm El Sheik, was glorious - luxurious, friendly staff, excellent food and facilities. It exceeded expectations. We would definitely use Sunshine again. There is only one negative we feel we should feedback... Bright Sky, the company contracted to transfer us to and from the airport, were expensive and disappointing. The vehicles were old and careworn, and the departure transfer difficult to arrange (their policy is for the customer to confirm it 24 hours before departure by weblink or telephone. The weblink didn't work and the telephone call was difficult due to language issues). Twice their rep arranged to meet us early in the holiday to arrange the transfer home, and twice failed to show up. In the end they were 40 minutes later than originally specified - although we were still in plenty of time for the flight it was, overall, a stressful and poor experience. The final straw was discovering we could have arranged limousine transport via the hotel - a brand new Audi Q8 - at any time to suit us for 65% of the Bright Sky cost. A taxi would have been 30% of the cost. I would urge Sunshine to explore such options when offering transfers - Bright Sky felt like a company adept at relieving holidaymakers of their money for little in return. It is a lesson learned. Aside from the above we were delighted - and despite the length and detail of the paragraph I must stress it was a small part of the whole experience. If I were to single out anything, the staff at the resort were incredible - possibly the best customer care I have experienced on a holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. Booking through Sunshine was simple, straightforward and prices are brilliant. I would give you a 9/10 - that would be 10/10 if we had been able to use the hotel transfer. I hope you find the feedback - positive and negative - useful.”

“With Sunshine you get regular communications via email keeping you informed throughout your booking even on day of departure. Despite all concerns of being able to book a holiday with £1 deposit to which eventually proved unfounded concerns. I would have no hesitations in re-booking using sunshine as my first port of call in future.”
