Placed an order at a 50% off marked price which was £25. When I got to checkout and paid for the item I got an e-mail saying the price was now £34.95 . ( what a con )

Ordered a beanie and when delivered there was a hole in the envelope, item stolen. Tried contacting customer service. Sent 2 E-mails and got no replies (not even automatic confirmation mail). Called them and was on hold for almost 1 hour. No way to reach them at all!

Terrible customer service. Ordered xxl coat paid £3.95 to have delivered in two days. When coat arrived was large not xxl. Emailed Superdry about returning coat, exchange and reimbursement of postage. Received general impersonal reply with returns label, no mention of exchange or postage, emailed again, still have not received reply. Try the personal touch Superdry and reading emails not just press a button robotic style, not good customer care. Also went back on website and no XXL available anymore. Really disappointed

My boyfriend bought me a lovely coat for Christmas or so I thought before I tried it on, for a start the fur started to fall out over my lovely black wollen dress, when he told me how much he spent £129, I would expected a coat out of Primark for £50, or less, @ least then you would of had poor quality plus no horrible logo on the sleeve, I never ever thought something that is suppose to be desinger would be so bad, no wonder you do so well in China

The most awful customer service ever. Return a ladies jacket over two weeks ago and still waiting for refund. Avoid!!!!!!

I ordered a coat from superdry for my nephew's bday on the 29th November and still not received it (15th December today). Once you have handed your money over its no longer their problem. Maybe you need to sort your delivery courier out because they are letting you down!

Ordered on Cyber Friday and order is not even dispatched. Order #13052395. No one responds to mails or even phone calls. I wonder if they even run a call centre. Deeply disappointed....where is my jacket or money.

Bought a jacket online and like to change the size.. No anyone answer my phone from customer service after 30 minutes waiting.. send email regarding the same issues but no reply.. Never and Never shopping at superdry again..

It is almost impossible to speak to someone at Superdry. The "online" chat is just a bot with standard answers, not a real person, and just spent 20 minutes on the Customer Service line where eventually the automated voice asked me to leave my name and number as they were experiencing heavy call volumes. I left an email with Customer Services over 24 hours ago but no repsonse. I merely wish to return some items and the Online Returns Portal does not recognise my Order number, Postcode, last 4 digits of my phone or email address so difficult to return an item. Preferred the old system where a return label and summary was provided in the parcel. A customer now has to print their own label (if they can get onto the Returns system). How is that supposed to be more efficient? That system would work if there was a working, effective Online Returns Portal OR a live chat OR a person at the end of a line of Customer Services. Also the order came in 9 different parcels, some on the same day. Perhaps if Superdry wants to be more efficient (by not printing proper invoices and a returns label) they could save energy, time and money by preventing thousands of delivery men delivering to the same address up to 3 times a day. Superdry used to be great at delivery and returns. What has happened?

Purchased jacket for my grandson at christmas time within 6 weeks it looked 10 years old sent company photos of the rubbish jacket NO reply

I have gone from loving superdry to hating superdry the quality has gotten so bad the products look great until you put them on then you notice the bad stitching the padding of jackets coming through the outside zippers that get stuck repeatedly hood too small you have to hold it to keep it up not the quality you expect for the price.

Product is cheap and tacky, no end of faults, bad stitching and tears before worn, wouldn't recommend to anyone, first and last purchase from superdry, awful is an understatement

I recently bought a superdry jacket. I was extremely disappointed over the quality of the zip on this jacket as I was often told this brand was reliable.The zip continued to break as I used it. I am very unhappy with the quality for the price that I paid and won't be buying from this brand again.

First time customer bought 2 jackets one for myself one for my son. My jacket had correct label but the jacket was the wrong size that was just the start. Had to keep contacting Twitter Superdry to get any response. Finally got my jacket exchanged no apologies no good will gesture. First and last time shopping with Superdry. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

A total joke definately do not order from superdry if you want any gaurantee of delivery stay away plenty of reliable companies with quality items out there that actially deliver

Superdry windcheater coat defected. only worn light use 3 times. A stich opened by the pocket. Contacted superdry UK in September within the year of purchase from superdry eBay. They asked for photo and proof of purchase . I sent this info asap in two emails. They then continued to ignore me until end of November. I then got on to them about it, from here they started lieing through their teeth that they didn't revcieve attachments. I tested the email by sending them to myself and they were fine. They have since ignored me, discusting service. I will never buy of superdry again. they had the cheek to ignore, mess about and lie like this. I see I'm not the first one who has gone through this.
