Worst customer service! Never ever been in this store anymore. Worst manager behaviour in superdry world square.. pretending to be nice but hell inside. Staff is so aggressive like no work training. Please think twice to spend your money and time in this store. Not worth it.

I also had a really bad experience. I had to follow up on my refund multiple times. If you don’t check your refund it’s as if they’re trying to to get smart in taking your money in case you forgot about your retune. It’s been 2 months and i had to follow up multiple times. There’s no support line to call and talk to them. I tried calling within the advertised hours and I get th message that no one is available. Really bad.

Stay away from ordering online in the UK. If you have any issues with an order you won't get any help. The customer service is very poor and you can't speak to anyone only chat. CS Agents don't apologise or help, you loose money and you are on your own. I had 5 items missing from my order and they keep on telling me they were delivered, but they weren't. I have attached a photo of the broken taped around bag we have received. Would you really say there are 6 adult hoodies in the bag? Apparently there are. It's what Superdry says.

i had purchased 3 tshirts in August 2020 from superdry store located at infinitti store mumbai. One of the tshirt after one wash the stitching of the tshirt has open up, also in one was only the colour faded. i went to the store 15 days back n enquired if the tshirt can be replaced. the staff denied replacement. i requested for repair for which they agreed. i waited for more than an hour. the store did not had any arrangement for the repair of tshirt. they sent to local tailor of the mall but he did not had time. So Superdry staff informed me to come next week . they will try for replacement or repair. i visited the store after 15 days but was shocked to hear that there wont be replacement and stiching of tshirt will take time. i am regular shopper and try different brands like Westside, Zara, Vero moda etc , but my experience with SuperDry was absolutely worst n disgusting. The Brand is not at all customer friendly. I will not recommend this brand to any one. i would like to rate it negative

I sent back the item. Never got my refund! it's been 2 months. They keep telling me 7-10 days. it's a scam operation do not buy. US BUYERS STAY AWAY!!!!

I bought an expensive coat on line which was delivered promptly. However, the first time I used it the zipper broke. Have just spent an 45 mins trying to get through to customer services on the phone and eventually gave up. Now trying to to chat to so one on line which has resulted in a minimum of a 30 minute wait so far ( typing this whilst I’m waiting). I was going to ask for an exchange until I saw the comments of similar faults with other coats.

Worst service ever I have experienced..I have returned a item over a month still waiting for refund. I have been trying to reach them waiting for hours to speak and chat with advisor then sent several emails still haven't received any response. Really disappointed service from a reputed brand! Promised never shop again ..

It has been 32 days since I have ordered from superdry website and not received any items or an update on delivery. The delivery tracker still shows the initial date and nothing has been updated for 30 days. Then I try to cancel my order and get a refund and I am told because they use robots in the warehouse, they aren’t able to cancel orders and I have to wait until it is delivered and then I can return it. Can you imagine that? What a crazy supply chain set up and the excuse doesn’t make sense. Horrible customer service experience as well.

I order a product that was supposed to arrived in 5 days which did not arrived and plus I have to wait other 5 days to contact them. I spent time on the phone 1 hour and another hours on the chat without any result. This will be the last time ordering from you.

Ordered a Christmas gift from the Superdry website. Had confirmation email of the order, and then the next day a dispatch email. Today I have received a 'Returns Confirmation' email. I did not organise a return as I haven't actually received the item yet. I contacted Superdry customer support who said that there are 'no notes' so they can't actually confirm what has happened. I've been told that the item was never actually dispatched in the first place and also that the return reason is that it was dispatched to the wrong courier. So which is it? Was it dispatched or not? Seems dishonest/disorganised or a mixture of both to me. Oh and to top it off, the item is now out of stock. Brilliant.

Campus silicone nato watch. Very happy with this gift from my wife until week 2 battery needs replacing, ok storage ect so Duracell battery and away we go, week 4 need a battery really easy to fit having paid previously i fitted a new. Duracell battery and not bad for a couple of weeks. Start to notice watch time slowing turns out the pull time set pin was moving so pop the back off and start to notice how poor the mechanical part is, new battery fitted and worked for a month or so. Popped the back to fit anew battery and pulled pin to set time this came away all together then noticed second hand was also off, upshot is the watch went in bin. Looks really good excellent strap superdry branding all over it but someone forgot quality is achieved by being fit for the purpose it is intended a little more effort in the functionality would go a long way.

I tried to order a coat from them when the coat lost during delivery they refuse to reissue the item refuse to issue my money they gave me such a hard time I wanted up with almost a $200 charge just to be able to call this company because they are not a US base company I want up losing out on $350 for a damn coat

I ordered the mountain super Fuji coat on 21st November,it was due to arrive on 23rd November.It finally arrived on 10th December after sending emails and using Facebook chat which required constant prompts to find out what happened to my parcel. Nobody answered my phone call,I was left hanging on the line for 25 mins! The coat has arrived and the zipper doesn’t work! I will never use Superdry again.Terrible customer service and poor quality item considering it was expensive.I will have to return this item. So disappointing. I always shop online and have never experienced this.

Superdry is overpriced garbage. The zippers literally just break off after light use, and Superdry refuses to replace the products because they say it's the result of regular wear. The fact that they claim broken zippers are basically "normal", says enough. I'm never buying anything from them again.

The third class courier service used by superdry Even they don't have helpline number I am waiting from last 3 days to get reply from courier but no response every 24h I send them reminder about my product but no contact by them Even superdry don't have their contact number only email that will be replied 24h to 48h That disgusting 😒

Site error meant I was charged automatically when I was trying to enter my discount code, without discount, when I wasn't ready to purchase. I made them aware of blunder immediately. Superdry REFUSED to cancel the order, AND ARE STILL REFUSING. Insisted on sending just ONE item from the order, worth £2 or so, which I clearly stated I didn't want, it never arrived and now they are using that to withhold £155 of my money that were not authorised to take in the first place. saying the order has been delivered but not saying WHERE to! Royal Mail can't deliver to my flat, only the post boxes outside which can't fit packages. Who was it delivered to, who signed for it? Why are you making this my problem? WHY? THIS IS ILLEGAL, IT IS THEFT.

I purchased a jacket a few yrs ago say 4 it cost me £89.99 and after only a week or so the stitching started to come away amongst other faults I vowed then never to buy another superdry jacket, until a month ago they had a big sale so I went against my own morals and bought another, well low and behold the same again , there was a big tare in the inside of the inside pocket, the stitching on the arm has started to come away and not just a little bit, cmon superdry get your act together ,for the price you charge id expect a little more than poor qaulity clothing as thats all your providing to your customers and your customer service isnt much better. 😔

Do not buy thier sunglasses. The hinges disintegrate on touch. I treated my 30£ super dry sunglasses like I do my 130£ Carrer sunglasses so very carefully. Even my 5£ glasses I throw around and don’t care for are far more superior to the superdry sunglasses. It is not the screw it’s the actual plastic on the hindge. No quality control very shoddily made. Because I am away I can’t even get them replaced or a refund.

We love Superdry Windcheaters so this week placed 2 consecutive orders from sale. Dutifully paid via PayPal. Money has been refunded on both men’s windcheaters without explanation. (1 within 60 mins of placing the order.). Windcheaters still advertised on line and definitely nothing wrong with our credit rating or account. Most odd but not good customer service. Makes people worried what is going on.
