“I couldn't be happier with the my purchases from Sweet Flour Bake Shop! Ordering and delivery was so seamless with no issues. I've purchased cupcakes and cookies as gifts and was lucky enough to try both and they were fantastic! Quality of baked good and the packaging were top notch. I plan on purchasing again in the future!”

“I ordered cookies for my daughter and her husband‘s third anniversary. I ordered from Buffalo New York. They were so kind and wonderful about getting the order out the following day. My daughter and her husband raved about the cookies. I would highly recommend Sweetflour.”

“The cookies were so fresh and soft. Extremely yummy. These were purchased for a birthday. The recipient was impressed with the quality. May I suggest that the driver ring the doorbell when they leave the package- the recipient didn’t know it was left at the door until he had to go out.”

We're glad the recipient enjoyed the cookies! Thanks for your feedback regarding the delivery. It is protocol for all of our drivers to knock or ring the doorbell, but sometimes if it's early in the morning (our drivers start at 7:30), they might not always knock super loudly for fear of waking people up :) Either way, when a package has been left at the front door, we always call the recipient to let them know. But we're glad the recipient got the package and all turned out well!

A quick update on the delivery - your gift was actually shipped with FedEx and unfortunately we don't control how they deliver packages but we will mention it to our FedEx representative!

“Needed to send a birthday cookie gram to our daughter during this crazy time and we are out of the country. Swetflour.ca was the perfect solution. They were quick to answer, reasonably priced, and got it delivered to her on the same day. The pictures she sent of what she received were beautiful and she assures us it was delicious! We are extremely happy that she was happy and so that makes us very satisfied and happy with Sweet Flour. Highly recommend.”

“I only came across Sweet Flour about a month ago. I had muffins delivered to a friend's Daughter's 15th Birthday and also ordered a box of assorted cookies for a co-worker who had an operation. “I was very happy with the delivery of cookies :) Unfortunately they were not for me, but I was told that they were delicious. You get a lot of cookies with your order so the value was great. I would definitely use your services again.”
