“The cupcakes design was boring for the price we paid, and overly sweet”

“Sweetflour.ca came to my rescue after another service provider fell through the day before delivery. Sweetflour.ca not only provides a much nicer product and timely delivery. they excel in customer service! I will be using Sweetflour.ca from now on.”

“The double boxes cookie and squares were delicious as usual. Unfortunately they arrived a day later than the date I had selected and weren't there for the birthday party.”

We're glad you enjoyed the treats, but are sorry to hear it didn't arrive on the date you were hoping for. It looks like someone on our team did reach out about that prior to shipping; unfortunately because the gift had to ship with FedEx, we weren't able to target the Monday ship date chosen as it takes 1 business day with FedEx and they don't ship over the weekend, so we had to send it Monday to arrive Tuesday. We always do our best to accommodate the dates requested but we are subject to FedEx timelines. Regardless, we appreciate your feedback and hope the birthday was still enjoyed!

“Thank you so much for the ease of placing an order the prompt delivery. Also from what I am told from the recipient that I sent my gift of cookies to they are delicious. So delicious in fact I had to remind him not to eat all of them at once. I will definitely be using Sweet Flour Bake Shop again”

“ordered cookies for a friend in Toronto and they never delivered it, so they couldn't find an apartment. Money down the drain. didn't even offer a refund.”

So sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience! Looking back in our notes on the order, it looks like a unit number wasn't provided, which is why our driver couldn't find the apartment. Our team did reach out to you to get the apartment number, but it wasn't provided so we couldn't re-deliver the package. “The recipients of the package were enthusiastic about the packaging and the delicious cookies. They did mention that a couple were broken but that gave them the chance to eat them first!”

We're glad to hear they loved the cookies, but we're sorry that a couple of them were broken. We package them with as much care as possible, both inside the gift box and the box they get shipped in, but sometimes breakage does happen. We're happy they saw it as an opportunity to know which cookies to eat first ;) Thanks for taking the time to share!
