“I ordered Cookie cake and mini cupcakes for a farewell lunch. Everything was delicious. The only thing I would say is that the mini cupcakes were of different sizes, some were mini and some micro mini. I would suggest that all cupcakes should be at least the same size (whatever size it is).”

We're so glad you enjoyed the treats! We really appreciate the feedback on the cupcake sizing - our team does use the same size "scoop" for the batter to ensure size consistency but maybe some weren't completely full of batter. “I ordered cookies for my son so I didn't actually taste them, but from my perspective the ordering and delivery process went well. He sent me photos. The cookies looked delicious and he said they were.”

“Sweet Flour is great! The ordering process was quick, straightforward and easy, and there was a good selection of items at a variety of price points. They were communicative, and items arrived exactly when they were supposed to. My gift recipients said the brownies were fantastic! I would order from here again for sure and definitely would recommend to others. Thank you!”

“It was good. My friend said the cookies were hard and not as good as the bars. Punctual delivery. Probably won’t order again as the price wasn’t worth the product. But again she said the bars were her favourite part!”

“I must say we were very disappointed this year. The cookie was delivered on Feb 2 on time however it was hard as a rock. Hard to cut. Hard to chew. Crumbled. Not enjoyed by anyone nor even the kids. Last year was great so we did it again. Not the same quality Very disappointed”

“The decorating kits arrived broken and were very small for the price. We just thew them out as they were of no use to us for the way we intended to use them - shared decorating party.”

“This was my first time dealing with Sweet flour, unfortunately the full order wasn't delivered to the customer. I had ordered cookies and cupcakes and only the cookie arrived. When the customer texted me to thank me for the cookie, I had asked about the cupcakes and she said she never got them. Although they were delivered at a later time had I not spoken to her I would not have been advised. Apparently the driver forgot them. So unfortunately I wasn't impressed by this. Hopefully they tasted better then the service.”

We're sorry to hear about the delivery issue - we had a newer driver who didn't realize there were two pieces to the order. As the last day before the holiday, it was a huge delivery day for us which is why our customer service team didn't realize a piece was left behind right away! “It came on time for our Christmas party for the kids to decorate. Tasted wonderful. The only thing was that one cookie came broken but other than that great cookie decorating kit.”

“Very helpful in guiding me through the ordering process for my niece who is currently in Toronto. I wanted to use a local bakery as, when my niece is not performing, she dives into her own baking business and makes the most beautifully creative cakes. She was delighted with the Christmas Cupcakes as she is missing her family over the holidays and this was a lovely surprise for her.”
