“Excellent; I'm currently in the UK & an elderly friend is in hospital. She misses her cookies & has no-one to bring her any. She especially loves shortbread & these have really wowed her. I can keep her supplied from across the pond without breaking the bank. Delivery has been excellent & presentation is lovely. One very slight criticism is that I'd like to make up a mixed cookie gift - I know you offer that - but I don't see an option to include any shortbread cookies in there. She would love a few of the macadamia & oatmeal raisin to go along with the shortbread. Altogether I'm really happy with the service & quality, ease of ordering & delivery.”

We're so happy your friend enjoyed the cookies! We hope that it cheered her up and helped make the hospital visit a little easier. We like the idea of a mixed cookie gift but logistically it's a bit of a challenge, but we'll definitely keep it in mind. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us!

“I've sent a box of sweetflour.ca cookies a couple of times now and I'll do it again. Ordering is easy, they're delivered on time, beautifully packaged, freshly baked and delicious. It's a great way to say thank you, happy birthday or Merry Christmas.”

“The branded cupcakes and the packaging looks great. However, the cupcakes are just too sweet. I don't think our employees really enjoyed it from a taste perspective. I saw many of them throwing the cupcakes away after taking a picture of the cute cupcakes.”

Each cupcake does have a decadent filling on the inside which keeps them nice and moist, but we can certainly appreciate that it may be too sweet for some. “Sweetflour.ca came to my rescue after another service provider fell through the day before delivery. Sweetflour.ca not only provides a much nicer product and timely delivery. they excel in customer service! I will be using Sweetflour.ca from now on.”

“Sweet Flour went above and beyond to help me customize my order, and everyone I sent their cookies to said they were amazing. When you opened the box, you could immediately smell how fresh and delicious the cookies were!”

We're glad you enjoyed the treats, but are sorry to hear it didn't arrive on the date you were hoping for. It looks like someone on our team did reach out about that prior to shipping; unfortunately because the gift had to ship with FedEx, we weren't able to target the Monday ship date chosen as it takes 1 business day with FedEx and they don't ship over the weekend, so we had to send it Monday to arrive Tuesday. We always do our best to accommodate the dates requested but we are subject to FedEx timelines. Regardless, we appreciate your feedback and hope the birthday was still enjoyed!

“Thank you so much for the ease of placing an order the prompt delivery. Also from what I am told from the recipient that I sent my gift of cookies to they are delicious.
