I wasn’t expecting the cupcakes to be frozen before shipped and felt that they didn’t taste as fresh as I was expecting.

We're so sorry to hear your order wasn't delivered as expected. Our cupcakes are baked fresh and then frozen so that during delivery, the icing stays intact. Freezing them also helps to keep the freshness locked in. With each order, we include care instructions that state they are shipped frozen and need time to come to room temperature before serving. However, we can understand it may not have been what you were expecting and we apologize for that. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I must say we were very disappointed this year. The cookie was delivered on Feb 2 on time however it was hard as a rock. Hard to cut. Hard to chew. Crumbled. Not enjoyed by anyone nor even the kids. Last year was great so we did it again. Not the same quality Very disappointed

The decorating kits arrived broken and were very small for the price. We just thew them out as they were of no use to us for the way we intended to use them - shared decorating party.

This was my first time dealing with Sweet flour, unfortunately the full order wasn't delivered to the customer. I had ordered cookies and cupcakes and only the cookie arrived. When the customer texted me to thank me for the cookie, I had asked about the cupcakes and she said she never got them. Although they were delivered at a later time had I not spoken to her I would not have been advised. Apparently the driver forgot them. So unfortunately I wasn't impressed by this. Hopefully they tasted better then the service.

We're sorry to hear about the delivery issue - we had a newer driver who didn't realize there were two pieces to the order. As the last day before the holiday, it was a huge delivery day for us which is why our customer service team didn't realize a piece was left behind right away! I would really like to speak to someone about this order. It was intended to be a surprise for my elderly mother and has been pushed back because no one can reach her. Now, not only did FedEx not appear to have her buzzer information but no one from your business reached out to help. So her package is now in Grimbsy despite her not having left the apartment for three months and now she has to go to Grimbsy to pick up? Shipping isn't your fault I get that. How did her buzzer not end up relayed or her contact number. She cannot go to Grimsby to pick up this package. She is elderly and the risk is too great.

Hi Tegan, thanks for reaching out. We're so sorry to hear what happened. We did include the buzzer number and did not receive any indication from FedEx that there was any issue (normally if they have a problem delivering, we get an email notification). If we had, we would have followed up immediately. We are going to reach out to FedEx to see what went wrong, and one of our staff members will be contacting you directly so we can discuss next best steps in making sure your mother gets her package!

Delivery was a day late so some were not able to have any of the cookies.
