“I received a delivery as a gift last year and was impressed with the quality of the baked goods. I have since ordered multiple times from Sweet Flour for others. The customer service has been outstanding! They were patient with me and totally accommodating when a delivery had to be changed. The recipients of my orders have been so happy! Highly recommended!!”

“First heard of you when one of my daughters was out of town for Mother's Day and she surprised me with 6 of your loaded cookies which were absolutely delicious and amazing. So I ordered them plus the variety 6 pack of your cupcakes. I found everything fresh and delicious. Was not disappointed in anything and would not hesitate to order them again.”

“The delivery of the cake was just perfect, and the packaging is very nice, with warm colors. My regret is unfortunately the cake itself, because it mostly a lot of sugar and butter. I could not finish the simple slice I cut off for myself. There is no softness, lightness or taste subtleties to the cake.”

“This was my second time ordering from sweetflour and again we were not disappointed! Both times we sent as gifts and the recipient was very pleased. Delivery was excellent and the cookies and cupcakes very tasty. This will be my go to place for sure!”

“My family enjoyed the cookies I sent them in a time of sadness. My only issue is that I had trouble ordering and I was charged for 3 packages that had similar greetings and they didn’t think that maybe that was an error. I only got the confirmation for 1 package so I had no idea this occurred until it was too late and the cost of that was more than I could afford and then they stopped communication with me.”

“This company specializes in customized cookies and baked goods. The message to be written on my cookie order was very clear on my order form and yet they didn’t take the care to carefully spell the message correctly missing the point of the message altogether. And no appropriate action was taken to rectify the problem. Very disappointing, I won’t order from them again and wouldn’t recommend them.”
