I never received my package. The USPS says the tracking number was assigned, but the item was never received by them for delivery. They told me the package has never left your shop. Please help.

I must not have received the correct order because I only received one sock and it was so small it wouldn't even fit on my good leg. Not impressed.

Worst socks ever, would not stay up on my heels at all. Wasted money, I will stick with smartwool. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sadly after only wearing the Maxus One two times I have a hole in the two area. So one star for that. I also purchased three pairs of the Pursuit and those have been great so far, only a month, but at this point 5 star for those. Great for cold weather running

My socks haven't arrived yet, even though I ordered them 16 days ago. It seems to be because USPS was used to ship them. I don't know if they will ever arrive. I'm really disappointed.

This is the second time that I’ve received a pair of socks and one of the socks has unraveled. The socks began fraying on the inside of the foot by the toe box after only about 20 miles worth of running. Disappointed as I’ve always had positive experiences with your company.

Unfortunately I gave a pair to a friend for Christmas and they were mismatched. One sock went higher on the foot then the other one. Can I return them? Thanks Susan
