This is the second time that I’ve received a pair of socks and one of the socks has unraveled. The socks began fraying on the inside of the foot by the toe box after only about 20 miles worth of running. Disappointed as I’ve always had positive experiences with your company.

Unfortunately I gave a pair to a friend for Christmas and they were mismatched. One sock went higher on the foot then the other one. Can I return them? Thanks Susan

I only received one of the pairs of socks in my order. I can't find a spot on the website to log in and request assistance. I have tried calling but due to my work schedule am unable to call within the operating hours. So while the socks I have ordered in the past are good I don't think I'll order from swiftwick again, too difficult to communicate with.

Normally I have very high praise for swift wicks, but my new pair of lava sox are falling apart after 1 wash, Unacceptable for a sock at this price point.

They are so tight you can’t get them on. Material on bottom looked cushioned but it is very thin. Will not recommend these.

Truthfully we would like to send them back I need a response and how to do this they have shrunk terribly my husband can't even get them on his feet anymore some of them he hasn't even worn yet so you can see the difference I would like to send it back and I'd like to get my money back how do I do that. The product is good but good luck getting your order. I have placed two order for these guys. The first order was for one pack of 3 socks. I received 1 sock. After contacting customer service they sent me the missing socks. Placed a second order for 3 packs of 3 socks. I received 1 pack of 3. Contacted customer service. They said they would be sending me the 2 packs of socks that were missing from my order. It's now two weeks later and I still haven't received them. These people can't get an order straight to save their lives..
