“Tried to cancel policy as we moved to a new house using my husbands insurance company.
Customer service tried to say we would owe them money due to cancelation of the policy.
Wont use Swinton ever again”
“Paid for a policy which cost me about £60. Had the policy for approx 2 months as sold bike. I expected to get at least £40 back or more. I ended up having to pay £15. So my £60 yearly policy cost me £75 for 2 months.!”
