Sadly had to make a claim for the first time ever, but, the people I spoke to made everything less traumatic, what was a bewildering minefield for me, they simplified and guided me through, whilst being so very kind, and mindful of how I was feeling. Thank you team Swinton.

I was very disappointed in Swinton as I was led to believe that my car insurance was going to be with Swinton but actually it turned out once I set it up to be with AXA. Swinton just act as a broker. Anyway, never again and I would not recommend this company for car insurance. The charges are ridiculous, any changes you make to your policy during the time of your policy have a high fee applied, this then increases the insurance premium over the period of the agreement. What started off as a £16 premium ended up costing £28 per month because I change my cover to include personal business. The staff I dealt with were unhelpful and were not supportive to the customer. All my documentation was online which I also didn't like.

This insurance company was at the beginning very low cost. But a recent new quote was through the roof. Swinton was good wile it lasted

first bike insured went very well bought second bike and tried to insure it on joint insurance eventually told to go on internet and find another company

Cancelled mt insurance after 11 months for missing a payment which they debited from my account. Then informed me this was just an extra direct debit for setting up a policy renewal I hadn't requested. THEIVES

I recently had the unfortunate pleasure of needing their services because someone drove into me. They passed me to a legal company called Quindell who are part of Swinton. The whole experience was terrible and I was left feeling that it had all been my fault and their customer services team where uneducated at best and dam right rude. Never again, moved all my insurance to different provider.

Very.very happy with both ,even though I ended up with a hidden charge from swinton. No one seen it coming but swinton sorted it out .id agree u and swinton have behaved in a good and trust worthy.

I had spoken to a few different staff who were handling the whole process to acquire insurance cover with swinton. I found them very helpful with professional assistance. Clearly explained on all matters. Manyn thanks c wong

Never imformed the motor insurance data base of the policy being in force, so was stopped and questioned for 2 hours by the police.

Swinton cancelled the policy unilaterally and did not inform me by email despite email initial confirmation. ,They then charged me half the insurance for one year for one month that the car was insured. Avoid
