“I have no problem with the switch. The only issue which is to do with networks not you as supplier 2 people called in a white van to read the meter the person who got out of the van had snickers and did not present any ID that said he was establish to read. My wife and 2 sons were a bit unsure. I now that networks outsourced the reading not your issue but it is not well managed. Regards Andy”

“The process of switching is entirely pain free. The immediate thought is that switching a service like electricity is going to be very intimidating, but this was not the case. In fact the entire operation was completed in a relatively short time. I would recommend that consumers engage more proactively in this type of exercise. That way, competition becomes more focused and this can only be a good from everyone's point of view.”

“Had a great experience with Switcher, the website itself is incredibly easy to use and makes the process very straightforward. I did find the actual change of supplier took longer than anticipated, knowing the SLA for this process is 7 days, it took longer then expected but I don't know that that had anything to do with Switcher - it may have been on the Supplier side. Would definitely use Switcher again!”
