“I recommend Taking Cara Babies to all Mommas. My little guy was waking up every hour before I started the course and life was hard. The process was painless, gentle and felt right in my heart. The baby is sleeping 11-12 hrs a night, we both wake up happy and energetic. I also highly recommend the consultation call, it answered my questions and allowed me to adjust the plan to my family's lifestyle. The customer service was also fantastic, I initially purchased the wrong course and got a refund as soon as I emailed the team.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Taking Cara Babies! I recommend the classes to every new mom I know. As a first time mom I was very overwhelmed with all the random articles and advice that I found on the internet. I wasn’t sure what was fact or opinion and it was stressful. I was given the newborn class as a gift from a friend and I finally found information that I could trust and was effective! I now have an amazing 8 month old who sleeps like a dream at night and for naps. It really is important to start good sleep habits as soon as possible but also to understand what is going on with your baby developmentally so you can have peace of mind and encouragement when things don’t go smoothly or as expected! There is a reason why both my hospital and Pediatrician gave me Taking Cara Babies as a resource recommendation as well!”

“We were very skeptical. But it took 3 days. Our baby was starting to wake almost every hour - we found out due to habits we were creating. But after going through the material and starting the program our baby was sleeping 11 hours straight through the night. Worked for us.”

“If you truly follow exactly what she says, it WORKS!! The nights that I gave in and picked my baby up it fed him, the next night it was worse. Like she said it would be. So stick to what she advises and it will work! I am so glad I invested in this class”

“Our baby is turning six months old tomorrow and is an amazing sleeper - 3 solid naps a day plus 11-12hrs straight overnight, and I attribute 50% of that to nature and the other 50% to Taking Cara Babies! I've recommended it to so many friends at this point that I can't even count, my husband and I are both well rested true believers!”

“I really love the sleep courses that Taking Cara Babies offers. I tried a different one and after one night of non stop screaming for about 4 hours, I demanded my money back and we tried this one instead. Minimal crying involved and by night 4 she was clapping at us when we put her to bed instead of starting to cry. We feel relieved to not try to rock her to sleep or whatever other desperate method we were using before. The ONLY reason I am giving this a four instead of a five star review is because you only have access to the courses for a limited time. We are looking at getting pregnant again and I would love to be able to refresh my memory on what to do for sleep training when the time comes, but I won't have access to it by then and will be forced to purchase this class over again or just to wing it. The courses, although worth it, are very expensive and we really scrimped to afford the course as it was - so I don't think we will be able to use it on our next child. I feel like there should at the very least be a way to purchase access to your previously purchased courses for a small fee for a few months EDIT: I am changing my review from 4 stars to 5 as the Taking Cara Babies team reached out and said I can email them when we have our next child and gain access to my old courses. That is much appreciated and I hope this can help others as well!”

“I was skeptical that this would work for me, despite all the glowing reviews. Well, I’m happy to say Cara’s method already worked, just one night in. We went from 5-10 wakeups per night to 0-1 per night. Now 6 weeks later, I am so well rested and happy knowing baby is also getting the sleep he needs. Yes, hearing crying is hard. But his 5-15 min of fussing at the start of bedtime is better than multiple wakeups crying every night!”

“TCB on Instagram has been an absolutely brilliant resource. I also purchased the 5-24m package but I couldn't get through it. The resource is all video content. For me, the time I usually get to sneak onto my device is when bubs either feeding or catching a nap and not being able to have the option to read the content I found a real struggle. In an ideal world, it would be great to have video, podcast and a pdf version to cater for all learning styles and more accessible on the go.”

“So we have used taking cara babies two times. I have a 21 month old and a 6 month old. The first time we used it for my oldest daughter it worked like a charm. The first few weeks of course were difficult trying to help Atley to learn to sleep. BUT it worked like a charm. Every week we were able to get another hour. She is now 21 months and sleeps 12-13 hours a night. I didn’t know if that was a fluke, but when we had our other daughter Avery we were game to try it again. I rewatched the course and we started again. I didn’t know if Atley had just been a great sleeper or what. BUT It worked great again! She is now 6 months and she sleeps 12-13 hours a night. We are so grateful to taking cara babies and we recommend the class to all expectant mothers!! (As a FNP I run into quite a few expectant mothers and feel truly confident in recommending this class)!”
