“We are so grateful for the sleep training which was exactly what baby and parents needed. Turns out, he loves his own bed in a separate room and took to going to sleep while awake after night one. We didn't have to use pop in's more than once the first night. I think the training changed our attitude that baby was dependent on us for soothing when he is perfectly happy soothing himself. And the gentle pop in's relieved us of our fear of abandoning him to cry it out on his own. Thanks again.”

“I have used Taking Cara Babies with both my children. I was amazed to see my youngest son go from being up 4-5 times at night to sleeping all night in just 5 nights. No crying involved, just careful planning and setting up the right conditions. Would recommend Taking Cara Babies to everyone.”

“Hands down the BEST thing I could have done for myself & my baby as a new mom! It was recommended to me by so many other moms, so I gave it a shot & it did not dissapoint. After implementing & practicing Cara's tips/steps, my baby boy is sleeping independently and through the night. We follow a flexible routine but are still able to "live life". It has been life changing to say the least. I have told every new mama I know about Taking Cara Babies!”

“5/5 this program is so easy to follow, Cara has a way of putting you at ease with the difficulties you are facing. I’m forever grateful for the newborn class as it helped me understand my son and set him up to be a great sleeper. The 5-24 month class helped us to teach him how to fall asleep himself. He has been sleeping through the night since he was 5 months old. These classes are truly worth it.”

“I will forever tout the benefits of Taking Cara Babies! I used the Newborn Basics class with my first and it turned her into an amazing sleeper early on. She’s 2.5 now and still solidly sleeps 11-12 hours a night. I have NEVER had to sleep in her room with her or bring her into our bed. My second needed a little more help so I ordered the ABCs of sleep when she turned 5 months. Best decision I ever made. She went from waking every 1-2 hours at night to solid 8+ hours of sleep within the first week of following Cara’s program. A month later and she’s sleeping 11+ hours a night with very minimal wake-ups and she’s always able to put herself back to sleep. She’s happier. I’m happier. Our family is happier. Cara just GETS IT. Her programs are absolutely worth the money and I will forever be grateful for them. Thank you TCB!”

“I purchased the “will I ever sleep again” class when my baby was 5 weeks old and it was a fight to go to sleep and deciding not to sleep at night either! It was a life changer. I never imagined it was possible, but she learned so quick and so did I! Also purchased the 3-4 month. My baby is 12 weeks old, falls asleep on her own at naps and bedtime and doesn’t make a peep for 10hrs through the night! Truly I learned so much”

“Very pleased with our results after taking the class. We still have some hiccups at night since our girls share a room (3 year old and 9 month old) but we made a plan during the course that we still use if those wakes happen. I have emailed the team several times and they respond quickly and are always helpful.”

“The course was clear and easy to follow. Many of the segments I have gone back to watch over and over again to learn to implement with my baby. I would like even more "day in the life" videos, if possible. The three provided were SO INCREDIBLY helpful to see how this all works in real life.
