Placed the order via the website and everything went very smoothly. Received confirmation straight away and then emailed when goods where being despatched Would recommend them for great service and value

Great website to order Lightwave RF products. Do note that the billing address that you are asked to enter will be the shipping address too. If you have a different shipping address, do email the customer care quickly and the friendly staff will amend it for you.

Excellent service, always have everything in stock and dispatched quickly and with a good courier company. Helpful and polite customer service. Never had to use tech help but i am sure if they are as good as the rest of the company then problems would be resolved quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended to several friends

Friendly service. When I called to follow up on an outstanding order my concerns were dealt with immediately. Returns also very well serviced. Will definitely use company again should I require additional products

Very good service but written instructions for LightwaveRF light controller were poor. I had to go on to the website as pairing buttons on controller were not specified as such. I know this isn't caused by Smartshop but I thought it was right to mention it.

I can review the LightwaveRF products I purchased today but as I already have them and am just adding more that surely tells the tale on its own. I am a complete convert to LightwaveRF and the Smartshop seems to be the best overall on price for the products. There are some items that I cannot find (easilly) on here but that is the only reason to reduce my rating. Ordering was easy and delivery arranged quickly. So happy with that.

Product price was good and delivery time was good. However it would have been useful to have an estimated delivery time and/or order tracking. Having the delivery driver banging on my door at 7am was a bit of a rude awakening.

Order was easy to place, Was disappointed some items were out of stock, however a numbers of emails asking for delivery dates was efficiently handled.

eventually rewired the heating and got the boiler control working and linked up and working. Manual says need to set up web app but can't find how to yet

I had numorous e-mail flyers. telling me about a 10% sale on selected product ending 28-Dec-15. It was hard to find what was in the sale. There was no indication whether the item I was intereted was in the sale. Tried to phone. There was a message stating the office was cloesed until 4-Jan. I boight the item on the 28-Dec-2015 it the 6-Jan and I still haven't received it

Customer service on the phones (excellent) but It would be good to know when goods get despatch, as I had to phone 2 times to find out when I will be receiving my items, update by email would give you 5 stars.

I don’t have a convenient local Sainsbury but got the app to use while staying with my sister. I use the similar scheme at Tesco at home and prefer it in many ways. Having a scanner provided with a place to hold it on the trolley is much easier than having to use your phone. I have to take the cover off to access the photo part for scanning. Then I have to hold it in one hand while trying to steer the trolley virtually one handed. My wrist usually aches by the time I’ve finished. There is nowhere to put it down safely. I worry about balancing it on my trolley in case it either slips or gets stolen. You need to have sufficient charge on your phone to use it. Probably still easier than going to the check out. But not ideal

It’s fine until you need to buy aged restricted items such as alcohol or medicine. It takes my Sainsburys Local at Hackney Town Hall upto 10 minutes to find the handset. This makes a mockery of the strapline Smartshop.
