Two orders placed over the last 2 weeks. Delivery on the first order took 6 days and the second order has still not arrived after 8 days. Slow! Online chat does not seem to be monitored and emails not responded too. Also, the phone number is often a recorded message that tells you to call back and has no option to leave a message. Not great really.

Having placed an order for some Lightwaverf home automation equipment I received an email from The Smartshop acknowledging my order and payment but have heard nothing since. I have received no confirmation of despatch, no indication as to delivery date and there is no facility to track the progress of an order on their website. Rather disappointing. Could have walked into PC World and bought similar kit by Samsung or Swann over the counter. Argos even offer same day delivery online!

Good afternoon Mr Benson, Many thanks for your comments. Apologies for the delay with getting these items to you. Due to the Christmas period and the bank holidays orders have incurred delays. The team have worked around the clock this week to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. I have checked the details of this order and it has been dispatched with Royal Mail. I ordered on Sunday 29th November and Had to call them twice to chase delivery, today (11th December) I get a txt message saying goods will be delivered by dpd on Monday. Very poor service and very poor communication, and what makes it worse your not sending the full order out and I will have to wait God knows how long for the balance. Not professional. I needed this last weekend to install it, could of got it quicker from maplins and wish I had.

I placed my order on the 12th of October (39 days ago) and its still not arrived. After enquiring I have been notified that its out of stock but that's pretty poor availability in my opinion and surely the website should tell you the lead time \ availability.

Hi Robert - Many thanks for your comments. Apologies you have had to wait for an item to return to stock. The Smartshop don't handle the distribution or production of LightwaveRF goods so are dependant on the UK distributer having stock. The website runs a 24 hour stock system currently and we hope to have a better supply moving forward. Apologies again. Smartshop Team

Still awaiting information confirming that my order has been shipped , notice that my credit card has been debited but don't know when my goods will arrive. Also raised a query regarding one of the Lightwave products but no reply yet. To make things worse I was in Maplin yesterday and all of the items on my order were there for buying albeit at around 15% more.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a hoverball that didn’t work and I am having a difficult time getting a refund from them. Beware of this company!!

Did a massive shop packed in bags. Had a rescan. Woman dug through our bags pulling items from the bottom she then preceded to squash it all back in. She scanned an item twice but when she attempted to remove one it asked for a total rescan. £154 of shopping had to be taken out put on conveyor and packed again making my shopping trip twice as long. Have already deleted the app.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Brought the sg907 drone less than 4 weeks ago and it didn't come with the spares, first time using it the camera didn't work on the Bottom but next time it did then today the 3rd time I used it I pressed the home return button and the app froze and the drone just flew off didn't matter what you did with the controls the drone just carried on flying until you couldn't see it anymore it flew for 14 minutes until it fell out the sky into a lake, I provided flight details and GPS image where it landed but still called a lier and now I have no drone bit enjoying when they advertise the drone as a no lose drone and will allways come home ( thats a lie) Contacted A1 to say I wanted Somthing sorted as this went faulty nothing to do with me but all I got back was about 20 messages of abuse threatening me with Chinese people he knew in the UK.. All so sent me messages saying the UK people are very poor in this pandemic and all I am is a poor guy. Ive had several messages calling me poor and I should stay in home and he's reported me to the hong Kong government and the UK police and if I leave back feedback he will get me sorted. Please don't buy off this company as your regret it I've kept all emails for proof as its threatening behaviour. Let's hope PayPal sorts this as £120 is a lot of money to lose

Never buy from here it’s a scam. Thank god they just took 14 dollars and I never got my product since may 2021 . Still waiting to see if I ever get my Money back or the hoop I ask for

Ordered and paid for a drone on 6-2-21...according to the website it was UK stock and would be delivered in 5-8 working days. On the 3-3-21 after having sent numerous messages asking for the promised tracking info and receiving no replies I went through the resolution centre with PayPal requesting a refund. 3 days before the cut off time to reply to them A1 actually gave me tracking info which showed that the item had been dispatched on the 10-3-21, 23 working days after I'd paid for it. Way too late for the birthday present I'd bought it for. Doesn't seem the right way to do business when you have to get a third party involved to give a business a kick up the ass to stop their attempt at theft. Long story short, don't bother with A1Smartshop.

Provided fake tracking number and refused to be honest. Knowing it was urgent he then delivers the wrong item. I had to use the device urgently so requested some form of compensation....just ignores me now...

Awful setup customer journey with numerous pain points. On first usage learned i still have to queue to pay. Therefore better customer experience to revert to legacy scanning. Pointless to use this app

Noorul Ain 2 reviews 1 star: Bad A minute ago They are cyber crime they doing online… They are cyber crime they doing online frod with every agents i am 100% sure if any one used this they know all the situation They are cheater they frod with me also better use akbar travel portal they are good in market The smart shop is a frod company they will cut ur money anytime same they did with me Also they have relation with consumer forum consumer forum taking money from them to hide there issue they will decline ur issue Make sure if any one using close it as soon as possible and if anyone planning dont take very bad cheater compnay . Very bad service they are cheating… Very bad service they are cheating customer dont keep balance in portal they will cut if they need and they will not reply your email as well also from head office if u call they will block u and disconnected your calls . This is arsalan from Arsalan travel they did with me same they cut 5000 INR and not responding now many days i put complain on consumer forum as well but they have power they shut the consumer forum mouth also , they are properly robber they can do any thing because they have power to take case off from consumer forum may be they pay there also

Assuming they are also known as Gadget_Garage on ebay and the companies house register says they are, they have had my phone for a 3day turn around screen replacement, they sent it back damaged. Now they have had my phone for over a month and refuse to answer messages!! I just want my phone back!!!
