“My Dietition recommended that I take at least a table spoon of cider vinegar for Irritable Bowel. BUT it was SO bitter that even in a glass of water it was very unpleasant. As a long term customer of Tea Gardens Kombucha I was aware they made a flavoured ACV - so I ordered a mixed box to try. Not only do I like all the flavours - I have managed to stop taking the Proton Pump Inhibitor tablets that I have been on for over 20 years and My IBS is much better! I am ordering more!”

“The quality and taste have been consistent over the last few years. The pricing is excellent compared to retail stores and the delivery is very quick. The newer varieties also make it more interesting. Of course, the health benefits, especially the no sugar are fantastic.”
