“Well to be honest I was going to call and chat with someone but just have not got around to doing it. I am really disappointed as the ones I’ve opened so far are flat. When twist to open there is not even the sound of a fizz. My daughter said the same thing when she open her one. We have opened probably 6-8 .
Are they meant to be like this. The flavours I’ve tried so far are nice”
“Although I love the Kombucha the shipping delay is a disappointment. I have not received my order yet, it was ordered on the 6th May, it is now the 26th May and the updates tell me its still in transit and Perth is severely impacted. If during covid id understand but the borders have been open interstate for awhile now. Can someone follow up?”
“Altogether a disappointment. The excitement of discovering an Australian owned and organic product was quickly extinguished when I found it seriously lacking in flavour and bubbles. These tasted as if they had been watered down and the lid left off. I purchased 2x cases of 24 800ml bottles of the ginger kombucha and each bottle was the same. I will not be purchasing from this company again, nor can I recommend their products.”
“Whilst I have no complaint with the quality of your product. It is a top class product which is spoilt by the very poor service regarding the currant delivery. I know there have been delivery
problems but it is a shame to have a top quality product only to be spoilt by a very inept delivery service”
“Have ordered from here several times. My last order was placed on the 15/9/21 and I have not yet received it. Obviously restrictions have delayed the delivery for a while. I did receive an email stati g that I should have received it”
“I’ve been buying the hemp kombucha for a few months now but the last batch tasted like it has been watered down. Have you changed the ingredients? The hibiscus one especially. Haven’t tasted the kombucha ones yet so will let u know if they are the same”
“Product is great but the delivery company/service they use is extremely poor. I have only ever had one delivery of Kombucha arrive without some issue or major delay.”
