“Was disappointed that I got charged for freight. Never have before”

Hi Timothy Thanks for your feedback. We hate that we can no longer afford to do free freight too, and this was a decision that was not made lightly. We had absorbed multiple unprecedented and aggressive price increases from our carrier, and as a flow on from all of our suppliers, and finally had to introduce the flat rate fee 12 months ago in July 2025. We felt a flat rate of $6 per order would allow us to keep our doors open, and was certainly fairer to our customers than increasing the price of our products. Whether you order 1 carton, or 12 cartons, the fee remains at $6. If you are a member of our Sugar Free Squad, we do have specials where you can get discounts on your goods, or be refunded the freight via coupon codes when you place your order. In fact we just had such a special running, in exchange for your tip on who would win each round of the Men's 2026 State of Origin. Please consider joining the Sugar Free Squad. Hi Anon... There are many reasons as to why we do not use real fruit... mainly because we could not make them shelf stable, alcohol free and SUGAR FREE!! We have not used real fruit for around 10 years - not sure when your last order was that you are comparing to... “Hemp Turmeric & normal Ginger Lime are great flavours. Berry is a great staple. The reason for only 3 Stars is due to the poor delivery service through Aramex. Delivery time frames continually blow out & communication is very poor. Latest delivery was 2 weeks overdue.”

“Great-tasting sugar-free Kombucha at a fantastic price. I just wish there was a more sustainable way for it to be packaged - it's a lot of virgin plastic being used for bottling. I also wish the Aminos had 30g of full-spectrum aminos to be consumed as "protein water".”

“This is based on my last order, the Kombucha iced tea, I didn't like it much & am struggling to drink it. But, Tea Gardens have always been reliable & gone out of their way to accommodate their customers, delivery is always quick & without problems. I have been a long-time customer of your Kombucha, I just don't like the iced teas.”
