Good Morning, I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with the delivery. However, there are a couple of things - you purchased this item at 7pm on Thursday, our same day dispatch cut-off is 2pm and unfortunately we can't dispatch any items at 7pm at night. So this was dispatched on Friday. Our delivery options are 2 business days - sadly as it's been the weekend, this doesn't count toward the two day delivery. You should receive your delivery on Tuesday. I hope this helps to explain a little. It's shame, but sadly weekends really do interfere with deliveries, especially ones going quite some distance up the country. Please let us know once you've received it so we know everything is ok. “Purchased a refurbished Lenovo laptop. Very pleased with it. Looks new, all working well and no issues with setting it up (basically turn on and work through messages on screen). It was a very fair price for a good product so I will use TEKshop again.”

“I allegedly bought a used grade A Lenovo i3 Chromebook, this according to Tekshop and there grading will potentially have a few marks but not many. I was ok with that and subsequently rang them to discuss the update life if the machine and was given good advice so I bought it. Delivery day comes next day and it took me a couple of days to get the time to open it and I was astonished to say the least. If I didn’t have the receipt in front of me I swear they sent me a brand new Chromebook!! Spotless and packaged like it was new and it is quite simply fantastic deal. Still shaking my head in disbelief, thanks for the good service and prompt delivery. I will buy from you again and many thanks.”
