TEKshop is a family business with over 10 years of experience trading on eBay and Amazon. We aim to offer a wide range of IT equipment and electronics to both home and business users.

TEKshop has gained a commendable reputation for providing quality branded electrical goods, as well as outstanding, industry-leading customer service. “Fast service, I didnt notice that the item was refurb not new so called up and a human answered quickly and resolved to a new one which arrived the next day. 17 Lenovo absolutely thrilled with it its fabulous. It would read better on the website Grade A refurb to be clearer for the user. But my error and the team were great - Thanks and would highly recommend and buy again.”

“Two important screws were missing from my monitor base, so I was unable to assemble it. I was pleased with the response and the missing screws arrived 2 days later. Maybe the origin box from Samsung was not checked before delivery?”

Sadly as it's a new item, we aren't able to break the seals to open and inspect the contents as a lot of customers don't like it when their products come with broken factory seals. We do try and make it clear on the website that it's next working day delivery with a 2pm cut-off. We've put this information at the top of every page and on the individual products, but since your review I have noticed that it says next day delivery at the top, and only next working day on the products.
