“Sold as an open box computer, one never knows how good it will be when it eventually arrives. Well I need not have worried. Not only did these guys keep me informed all the way until delivery, but even though we’re were in the middle of holiday season and everyone else was delayed, these guys pulled out all the stops and did a next day delivery. Awesome! Not only that, but when the laptop arrived, it was brand new and in mint condition. Fabulous service, good value and a great seller”

“The item was promptly delivered the day after placing the order. There was a mistake in the online description, the item was listed as 14" but was actually 15.6" (which should have been a higher price). When I reported this, Tekshop gracefully allowed me to keep the laptop even though I had paid the lower price. I called them to see if the warranty would still be OK if I added an extra SSD. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be looking to buy from them again.”
