“Mark was extremely helpful with a few questions I had regarding the before and after purchase of my HP laptop His response was very quick I have only had my laptop for 24hrs and haven’t used it very much mostly switch it on and charging the battery as the guide I received explained. It has done all its updates and looks and feel good but can’t really put much in the review at this moment in time Maybe will have an update in a week or so”

“Bought an Acer chromebook . It arrived promptly and extremely securely packaged. Excellent condition and all as promised . Having mostly used Android phone and Huawei tablet for years I had to relearn a lot of things . So, my only criticism would be that perhaps a simple printed tutorial regarding Files and SD card info would be good . Otherwise very pleased with this company .”

“I purchased a reconditioned laptop, described as A1 condition. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Other than not having the original packaging, I couldn't tell it wasn't brand new. Saving money and environmentally friendly, what's not to like! Very good service, would thoroughly recomend Tekshop.”

“Very quick service, next day delivery helped a lot. My laptop was delivered safe and secure, I was amazed that brand new meant exactly that. It came in the original package with the manufacturer's seals intact. Great service, would recommend to others.”
