never sent my order. generic response. no apology. interesting approach in these times basically lose money as they are refunding my credit card after "receiving" my return

I wish I saw this site before ordering. Customer service is non-existent. There is NO email address to email anywhere! Phone system doesnt work after hours. They sent me the wrong order, then send me on a goose chase to get a return with a vendor instead of doing themselves. They want me to pay for return when they sent wrong item? Their promos on website arent accurate as exclude items that are not mentioned as excluded. They had no interest in helping me out. Super disappointed in them. Negative stars

Avoid Tennis Point if you can. I ordered some Fila tennis shoes two months ago but received the wrong size. So, I got in touch with Tennis Point Germany. Their return policy is rather obscure. They asked me to send back the shoes from Dubai to Germany at my expense, even if it wasn’t fault! As soon as I challenged their return policy and they knew they had messed up my order they stopped answering my emails. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I called them once and they said they were working on it but no effort whatsoever was put into communicating with me. The tennis shoes are sitting in a box at home as Tennis Point didn’t bother replying to my emails despite multiple attempts because they thought that one customer didn’t really matter. That’s why I am here to share my experience, and to prove that one customer does actually matter! They should be named Tennis Disappoint!

I ordered 4 pairs of tennis shoes because they are on great discount. However, I received an email from them and told me to order no more than 3 or I will be charged $6.95/pair for return shipment. I read their return policy on their website, I didn't there is a limit on how many pairs per order, and their return policy is "return shipment of 3+ pairs may subject to additional charges". In their email they told me a totally different policy. I told them I will go by their policy on their website. If they have a changed policy then update and post it on their website. They just put my order on hold. When I contacted them and asked them my order status, they kept asking me to confirm the return policy in their emails. I told them over and over again I go by their return policy on their website. Simple like that! I told them I have already waited one week, if they can't ship because this reason then cancel the order, then they cancelled my order. I will never order from them again and will never recommend to any one. I never meet a seller like them in my life! They don't deserve any stars but the website request at least one star, so they got one star.

I made an order over 3 months ago, and aside from not gettin ANY information at all about it's tracking, 2 months later that the order was made, they sent me an email stating that my "return had arrived", when I didn't ask for any return or reimburse. They don't even answer my e-mails asking why this happened. Awful service, and awful client support.

Everything that you order from our online shop that we have on stock, will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours after a successful payment." 7 days from order, still not despatched. If this company is still in business by 2022 I'll be amazed.

Worst online tennis shop to buy from! I have ordered twice from them with free 2 day delivery and both times over a week to get it because they sent it snail mail via USPS! They are based in Cincinnati and it doesn’t take that long to get it to Indiana. This last time they sent it to the wrong address even though I called customer service requesting that it be mailed to my son who plays college tennis because it was for him and not me. Then I call the customer service department and they could give two craps less whether I get my merchandise in a timely manner. Nor would they let me speak with a manager. Totally an unprofessional business! Keep it up you will be out of business. I won’t be fooled a third time. You have lost my business and if you are reading this review. You have been warned and I wouldn’t give them any of your money too!!! Absolutely horrible company!!!

Avoid this company with no customer service support at all. No shipment confirmation, the shipped tennis racquet had damages, rude customer service if you can get a hold of one after none existent online chat and no one picks up the phone for after order support. I should have checked out the ratings before ordering from this company. There's no way I'm returning the damaged tennis racquet to them after reading all the previous reviews.

AVOID TENNIS POINT: do not buy from them. I placed an order and the payment was taken from my credit card, but I had still not received the items after 3 weeks. No update on progress with the order on my account, no response to emails requesting information, and no answer to calls to the telephone line.

This is a scam website! I ordered and pre-payed using PayPal. They did not send the order and their customer service is not responding. I have now submitted a claim for a refund through PayPal. I will never again use this online shop, what a huge disappointment!!!

Really bad. I wanted to like this company, as I like their range of tennis gear. My order arrived fine but I had to return some items as they are the wrong size. That was over a month ago and still no refund. No response to emails other than there was a problem with my refund and they'll escalate it to accounts asap, which was 2 weeks ago. So I've had to pursue other methods to get a refund, hoping they'll work. Overall I would advise avoid the stress and the hassle and avoid this company unfortunately.

Purchased some tennis shorts. The drawstring broke after a handful of uses. Tennis Point however refused to refund, replace or even to post out a replacement drawstring. Very poor, especially given how easy & cheap this would have been for them to rectify. Will go elsewhere in future.

29-01-2021 i placed and payed an order 10-02-2021 i sent an email about order delay to Greece and not having tracking number. 11-02-2021 they said the order is in transit. 17-02-2021 i sent another email about order delay. THEY NEVER REPLIED 19-02-2021 they sent an email that my return has arrived. 19-02-2021 i said that i never recieved my order so couldnt have retured it. the deliverey adress is in a firestation 24hours open. 20-02-2021 i sent them an email explaining the situation about the order. THEY NEVER REPLIED 24-02-2021 they sent me a tracking number via dhl for an order to unated states of america. 24-02-2021 i replied that this is a mistake. 24-02-2021 they said sorry and that the order was returned to the sender and i should wait for the refund. 27-02-2021 i asked for my money back. 08-03-2021 42 days after i placed the order (for which they were paid immediately) and 15 days after the refund they promised and all the trouble they put me through, still havent get my money back. All this time, even now, the order status in my accound is "in progress". I have sent them many emails since then but i never got an answer. STAY AWAY.

Regular customer buying all the time from Tennis Point and once I asked for exchange I was told that I have passed the 30 days return period and they could not do anything. On those pandemic days all the companies have extended their return period but not Tennis Point. Shame as I will go somewhere else in the future.

Poor service - no answer from contact centre - so far 8 days waiting - main link to tracking doesn’t work but subsequently found link on carrier website is valid (GLS) & also final delivery via parcelforce expected today! Not a great service.

This is a fraud company. They promised to send me tennis racquet by Christmas eve. Its 4th Jan and there is no clue what's happening with my order. Neither their UK nor Germany numbers are reachable. I recommend never ever purchase anything from Tennis Point.

I purchased an unstrung Babalot Pure Aero. I had Tennis-Point string the racket by their self titled "expert". I played with the racket for less than 5 minutes and a string snapped. I raised the issue with the company who refused to refund the cost of strings and their service in a very rude and arrogant email. I will not be purchasing anything from this company in future.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!.. I wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering!. The single worst customer service I've experienced, ever!!. Ordered over €200 of goods which obviously never arrived!!. Sent so many emails & received the bare minimum of response & info. Tell me now my package was lost by DHL, yet the track & trace says it never even left Germany!!. Absolutely ZERO effort to fast track me some of the items still in stock (these were Christmas presents after all!!) Just ignored my emails & said they will be refunding my money!. I suppose that will never arrive either!!!. Would have expected so much more from a German company...boy how wrong was I!!!!. AVOID people!
