“you have a great store and well supplied, the downfall is with online shopping the delivery service lets you down, it took over 14 days (from the time it was picked up in Brisbane) to me receiving the item from Brisbane to Mooloolaba and I suspect if I didn't chase it up, I would be still be waiting for it. This isn't the first time I have had to chase up items. This is not going to stop me shopping at your store, it just means, if you don't have the item on the floor I will go eslewere. Cheers”

“Quick service and delivery. More information about products could be displayed eg number of pieces. I thought that the shower stand was able to be collapsed further for camping.”

“I purchased a tent that was short 4 pegs and the purchased a lantern that I had to exchange because it wouldn't work. The staff were easy to deal with but there was a mixture of approachability amongst them. Could have been the pre Christmas rush, but some staff couldn't hide that they were flustered.”

“Order process was very easy. The delivery process from Toll Ipec was absolutely appalling. Two items of three arrived but no comment or explanation on the timing of the third item. Toll’s call centre was useless and did not want to help me with my questions. I could see the information online that they were telling me yet they refused to give me more information….what is the point of a call centre when no one can help? Tentworld staff assisted me when I rang. They were very very good. Toll Ipec continued to be completely useless. One day the third item appeared…not even tracked via the Toll app. I will buy directly from Tentworld and only online again when they change their useless transport provider. It was the worst service I have ever received from a transport company.”
