“Tesco premiums are cheap and appear to be good value. If you attempt to make a claim they are not interested and do not assist or settle. Always remember you get what you pay for. Cheap premiums and promises = no settlement on genuine claims”

“Got my car insurance from tesco bank. 33% price cut plus as tesco clubcard member got even more discounts for extra addons which still made my quote 33% as year before.”

“Pathetic website for their credit card,site keeps inferring there is a problem and locking me out so I don`t have access telling me to try again later but still locks me out,does not recognize my laptop even though it is registered.DO NOT go anywhere near! It even keeps telling me there is a problem when I try to complain online saying there is an error when there isn`t,judge for yourself.”

“The call centre has always dealt with any possible query including renewal in a friendly and courteous way to my complete satisfaction. I have never attempted to maker a claim from Tesco Home insurance.”

“Applied for a credit card, got approved quickly with a £500 credit limit. Had issues with linking my club card accounts, and having overpaid by accident and was sorted quickly by calling them. I'm only using this to build up my credit score but I think it's pretty good so far.”

“I applied for a loan waited 15 days for it then to be paid somewhere else.i now have to send proof of bank statements even though they made the mistake.would not even allow me do this by email.”

“I had car insurance from Tesco. No issues with the service or product but when they quoted me a renewal, it was more than the previous year. I had no claims during the year. I don't like this practice of fleecing existing customers with an auto-renewal at a higher price. Further, confused.com provided me a quote from Tesco at 30% less than their quote. When I called to tell them I would not be renewing they were asking for that price with a view to matching it! If that is the best price you can offer me, then offer it to me! Don't make me do the work for you. In the end I went with a different insurer who quoted me a price half of Tescos.”
