If I could give minus stars I would. It was recently my birthday so I gifted my self with trainers. I ordered three pairs of trainers and upon arrival, I opened the parcel only to find one box of trainers out of the three that I ordered. I still had faith so I assumed that there was going to be two deliveries for my order. Still to be safe, I went on to contact Tessuti directly who informed me that there was only one delivery and that my delivery had been completed as far as they were aware. I contacted DPD to ask if there was possibly two parcels in my order because I almost thought the delivery driver had stolen one of the parcels. At this point they informed me that they didn’t do any of the packaging, they simply just collected the already packaged parcel from the Tessuti store. My heart sank to my stomach. I emailed Tessuti to take this up with them and even attached video footage taken from my ring door bell to give them an idea of the size of the delivery parcel. This was to illustrate that it wouldn’t have been possible to fit 3 boxes of trainers in that particular delivery box. The delivery box was just slightly bigger than the box of trainers that had been delivered. They didn’t even download the footage that I sent to them and replied “Upon reviewing your claim, we do believe the order has been delivered successfully and we will be taking no further action.  If you do wish to take this further, we would advise to contact your payment provider.” This sort of behaviour makes me sick to my stomach. Considering DPD didn’t do any of the packaging and simply just picked up the parcel from the Tessuti store, I think Tessuti are in on the scandal. There was no obvious damage to my parcel. You always hear about these things happening to other people, but I never thought I would experience something so shocking at the end of 2022. Tessuti are literally trying to steal over £600 worth of goods from me.

Please find review I have just posted on trust pilot. On the 8th May I purchased Boss Logo Gilet L @£157.09. On 10th May I purchased Boss Chroma Gilet XL @ £156.19 as I wasn't sure if the Large was the correct size and Boss Logo wasn't available in XL so I ordered the Boss Chroma for size comparison. I kept the Boss Logo Gilet and returned the Boss Chroma Gilet. I printed off a returns label via Tessuti website and took it to my local Hermes shop. I received a receipt from the shop and an email shortly after confirming that the carrier had my parcel and I received a further email 2 days later saying the parcel had been delivered.I chased up my return yesterday only to be told that apparently I had returned a summer dress from H&M. I argued the case saying I took one parcel to the shop, I am a man and don't wear dresses and it is not possible I returned a dress.I was told to take it up with my provider to seek resolution,the matter still not resolved. The parcel has either been interfered with by the courier service in transit or upon arrival at Tessuti. They are not remotely interested in resolving this matter, I am £156 out of pocket and being treated like a fraudster. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone

ordered items in shop waited for delivery only 1 item delivered other item out of stock , went back to shop refunded for 1 item now waiting for 2nd item balance to be refunded , for the prices they charge for items one would presume better service lol

Tessuti have failed to deliver my order and now refused to refund. Spoke to Evri who have said the delivery was made to a doorstep of a closed door, my contract is with tessuti.. I have been told by them to go to the citizens advise. How on earth is this company still in business !! I am reporting you to trading standards

If I could score a 0 I would. Ordered a Purse for my wife (£70 item) it arrived next day, brilliant! This is where it goes wrong, purse arrives scuffed, zip broke with which looks like tobacco inside it! I phone customer service of which they tell me to return it and order another one of which I did. I paid the £6.99 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY to be told it would be 2 days. I bought this gift for my wife for our wedding anniversary and now it wont be here in time. What a shoddy service. AVOID

They do not deserve 1star. Avoid at all cost. Returns service is horrendous. Returned my items 1 month ago and no refund although received an email confirming they have received them. After calling them they said I needed to send proof of postage! Does. It make sense, when they sent me an email confirm they received them.. any excuse to to return my money

this company dont even deserve 1 start they are an absolute joke they lost my order of over £500 back in jan and i keep calling them for them to say that i need to wait because of the value it has been escalated to the investigations team so i need to wait, so i patiently waited 3 months just to be told the case has been closed so i call up tusstti for them to give me a email address for the investigation team because they dont have a number apparently even tho there probably in the same building, so i email them twice for them to not even responde. this company have robbed me blind and my blood boils every time i think of this scum bag company, the owner is probably a millionaire seating on his superyacht someone

Disgusting shop broadway bradford took 2 new items back for refund manager useless no cash in and 1 item wont refund as swim shorts drive 1 hour to store now stood around no help manager wint tell me wen cash in. CEO emailed plse share disgusting treatment at store

Absolutely disgusting service from Tessuti, never will I be purchasing from this company again. I placed an order for trainers, my order arrived but only the box, no trainers! I took pictures and sent these to customer service as there was no phone number for me to speak to a human. A investigation was carried out however, the response I received was ‘your order has been delivered successfully, so we can’t do anything’ yes the box arrived but no trainers! They are not issuing me a refund and have caused me so much stress as the trainers I ordered were £200!! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I received a pair of veja trainers and went to return them, was accused of wearing them, when I had only tried them on. This company will rob you of your money. Scammers to say the least

Ordered before Christmas parcel was left on doorstep which I didn’t receive. I contacted Tessuti and they replied give us 30 days to respond. On the last day they responded saying the claim was rejected and that I need to contact my money provider Clearpay which I did. I was then asked by them to contact the delivery company which I did they admitted in email that it’s there fault. I went back to Clearpay with this information they then contacted Tessuti on my behalf and again Tessuti rejected the claim. I’ve just called Tessuti again and they have said that the investigation team have rejected it and they can’t because they and not allowed to tell me why. I asked to speak to an supervisor and was told no and get a solicitor and he can get the information. Who is in a position to pay for a solicitor. What I have noticed as well reading others customers problems is they are very good with replying to these complaints about refunds they say sorry to hear and give us a call to discuss, which to everyone else seems like they are going to sort it out but in fact when you call they will say the investigation team has rejected it and there nothing we can do get a solicitor.

No I would not recommend this company had item stolen £100 PE nation leggings delivered empty box by hermes. Dozens off calls to Tessuti filled all the relevant forms in to be told basically get on with it we won’t resend your order or refund worst customer service ever not once did I receive a call or email from Tessuti I will never have goods sent by this company again I would advise people not to use this company if getting home delivery as they are awful and if any issues you will not be getting your money back I Have been robbed basically !!!!!!!!

I wish there was a zero star option, be warned, do not ever use this company!! I purchased a £60 purse from the Bluewater store but when I got home I realised it was not fit for purpose as it was clear it was not going to stay shut once it had items inside it, so I returned it within the 14 day time scale for a full refund or exchange as stated on the receipt only for it to be refused by a very ignorant store manager who said it had been used and had chewing gum on it. The item has categorically not been used, it still has all its protective elements attached and the said chewing gum is in fact manufacturers glue. Customer services are worse than useless. I have contacted them via email and telephone. I have now reported this company to trading standards, anger & frustration does not even start to cover how I feel. It looks like i will be stuck with an unusable item & a loss of £60.

Take so long to dispatch your items it’s abit if a joke pay hundreds of pounds then have to wait nearly a week for items to arrive , everywhere else dispatches basically next day

Do not order online with this company as twice now I have been let down with delivery and waiting over a week for the order to be received even though paying a premium for delivery. How can a high end brand company get it so wrong!

First I had a problem with the delivery, having to wait longer than expected then when I finally received them, the items were too small. I decided to return and a week has passed and they are telling me my return was refused and that I will be sent the items back again!

Bought a jacket through Clearpay just before Xmas clearly for a present, £400, dpd delivered the item but got a card saying left over fence and dpd signed for themselves, sent all this as proof of not receiving the item, filled missing form out etc and even let the payment be taken out as thought it would be resolved and another jacket would be delivered, request got rejected 😡 why I’ve no idea as they don’t give you one they just take your money and the service you get in return is absolutely shocking, I’ve spent thousands on this but won’t spend another penny, they even had their own proof that the signature was not our and that of the dpd driver, I would stay away from this site as I am from now on £400 down the drain thanks to these
