Placed an order in July! They said this had been delivered, NO parcel ever received. Just short of £800. Ongoing investigations to tell me today that the decision has been rejected.

“Utterly useless, sent me the wrong item requested an exchange never heard anything back from them contacted them via there online form waited a week no response, had to get in touch with the via twitter explained situation 5 times to 5 different people no one would actually answer finally got an answer despite sending them proof of postage they refused to send to the correct items nor refund me so have now had to raise a chargeback claim with my bank which will take another 30 days to get my money back. don’t waste your time ordering whatever you was planning to order, order from elsewhere trust me it isn’t worth the hassle and if you have already ordered from there good luck your going need it.”

“I had confirmation my order was reived by their warehouse on 4th May last. Chances multiple times via email (as their website suggests) it took several days to receive any form of response and each time they kept asking for more information that I had already provided. I then decided to message them through Facebook to finally be told that my refund was never processed and this is a error their end. They then apparently processed the refund which should be with me no later than 7 days. It’s not the 8th day and still absolutely no sign or acknowledgment from the company again.”

The packaging it came it had been opened and look like it had been kicked from pillar to post,when I refused to accept deliver the women had nothing but foul language,asked to speak to her manager to which she rang,this person said accept the package as we cannot garenttee return😕
