Refuse to refund even though sent back good unopened still not resolved no refund still waiting

I am writing this in the hope that nobody else has to go through the ordeal that I have. I ordered a Calvin Klein hoodie and matching Calvin Klein joggers. I only received the joggers, the hoodie didn’t come. I have then contacted Tessuti who have replied with what I can only describe as ‘dock’ responses, and we have exchanged NUMEROUS emails with me repeating the same thing over and over to try and get an answer from them. I have been advised that I was refunded for the hoodie on 6 May (which was before my order was even received); yet I have still not received this refund. I asked whether they still have the hoodie in stock; I was met twice, by two different representatives, with the dock response ‘apologising that although the website is updated every few minutes, it doesn’t always show timely stock information’. After asking again a third time, I got the answer that it was still in stock. I therefore asked whether, providing I actually receive my refund at some point(!), if I reordered I could have the 10% discount honoured again (welcome discount - the irony) and free delivery (as it was through no fault of my own that I didn’t receive the order I initially placed and so I should not be disadvantaged). I was told no, it cannot be offered. I am therefore currently in a position where I have half a loungewear tracksuit (ordered to feel better about quarantine) and I have not received a refund for the other half and no resolution from Tessuti. Further to this, I don’t actually want the joggers on their own but I feel it too risky to send these back and risk being out of pocket even more; they weren’t cheap! Please do not order from this company under any circumstances; I feel like a fool and that I’ve been conned. I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand.

I bought a £455 coat. It never came. Contacted Hermes. Apparently it’s been delivered to me. I do not have the coat. If I was you I wouldn’t buy anything online from this company as the delivery company they use for shipping are incompetent. So I can’t review the £455 coat I bought as I do not have it. Please shop with these guys if you like wasting your money on absolutely nothing... zero... zilch! £455 down the drain.... no coat.... no support! Thanks tessuti and thanks Hermes for literally nothing. I will bear you guys in mind next time I wish to throw £455 away!!!!!

Shocking experience! Do yourself a favour and avoid. Terrible customer service, which avoided answering my query........felt like I was talking to a politician. Didn't offer any sensible resolution to my issue. Didn't even offer a free delivery, as a result of their mistake. Eventually refunded me, after all multiple emails telling me it wasn't possible to do this, even though the items wern't even dispatched. Funny how you ask for a complaints form (which they don't have apparently), and then you suddenly get refunded!

Honestly what a complete joke this company is. Purchased a CP Company cost from them which when it arrived was marked on the front. Returned the said item only to receive back in 7 days stating that they could not justify a refund as the item had been worn. Will be visiting trading standards to get some resolution! Avoid using at all costs. Typical JD sports Customer Service

Omg whatta joke they have sent me the complete wrong thing trunks instead of boxers and complete different colours was ment be red and blue sent me black and blue and now I have to send back and wait for a return if they even give me one it was suppose be a present to never will I be ordering again cheek of them how hard isit to pack the right thing

I would give a 0 if I could. Please be aware when ordering online. I was sent the wrong item in the first place. I instantly rang and was told to take it back to a store (80 mile round trip) or pay for it to be posted back!!! This was a despatch error!!! Finally they agreed to cover the postage but I had to reorder and fingers crossed I would actually receive the correct one. Thankfully i did. I sent the incorrect one back by their supplier Royal Mail 48 hour TRACKING. I am still waiting for a refund for quite a bit of money even after I sent the tracking and proof of postage to them which shows it was delivered on the 6/2/2020. THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY HAVEN’T received the return yet. Even though the tracking says THEY HAVE. They have promised me an update in 24 hours, 48 hours. Goodwill gestures that never materialise. I am waiting on the warehouse stating they have received it even though it was there fault in the first place. Also note the way expensive garments are packed and despatched is nothing but disgraceful. So I am seriously out of pocket. Followed all of their terms, procedures and processes. I can prove delivery, but they would sooner ignore and abuse and walk over customers. I realise they have processes to follow, but there lack of processes etc has caused this problem and potentially out of pocket. So if someone steals at the warehouse/returns even if you have proof of postage, tracking and prove the delivery, that’s not enough good luck, that’s tough and aren’t you stupid for shopping with us and trusting we are professional customer centric business. Oh by the way just had an email telling me how to return an item!!

Ordered dress 26.12 till 3.01 didn't have any update with purchase. Wanted to get it sooner so ordered it to the shop. I had to contact customer service never heard anything back.When came to pick it up ( birmingham fort shopping centre branch) staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never be back to this shop again. They have wide choice of good brands but customer service is awful, better to avoid.

Best to avoid these scammers, sale items are all customer returns, avoid, mail order is a joke, they send anything or nothing just to keep hold of your money, all staff are a bit dim, but think there cool working here, laughable

Do NOT purchase anything in these shops.Their returns policies are geared up so you have to spend money on unwanted good in their shops!! This place should come with a government health warning!

Similar to other stories. Took payment for an item that wasn’t in stock. No sign of refund 10 days later. Woeful customer service. Several unfruitful emails and phone calls where they repeat parrot fashion when I was refunded. I have only been refunded a 5.99 delivery charge. I have asked for a manager callback but I’m not holding my breath. Reading other reviews the customer services manager is either too busy fire fighting the other similar complaints, or hopefully, has been sacked. This is at best utter incompetence but on face value, put simply, it is fraud. I have used this company without issue previously but would never deal with them again. You have been warned.

AVOID , customer service non existent . Ordered a top. Was far to big . Repacked sent back next working day. 2 weeks later item turned up and was accused of wearing it out . How can my partner wear it when it is to big!!! The I don't care and it's your problem attitude is disgusting. There are plenty of customer service focused designer websites out there lots of competition .spend wisely and not with Tessuti!

Ordered a top neighbour signed for it, opened box no item just a receipt, customer service terrible, couldn't care at all, constant emails no reply, phone calls to them, they would say we will get back to you, never did, in the end manger called me, said they couldn't do anything, so it was my fault, offered a 20 pounds gift voucher because of poor customer service, that never turned up, box wasn't tampered with so it would have been a problem there end but denying it, so I've lost out, there seems to loads of problems with this company

Worst company to order from, they promised a partial refund as they failed to meet their own SLA and they keep cutting me off their phone lines. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - I AM ALSO REPORTING TO THE OMBUDSMAN

Appalling customer service!!!! My order was on for a next day delivery, i spent over £150 and the order was never dispatched! i rang 2 days later and they said its been put on hold because somethings not in stock, do they not tell their customers an order is late? I go on holiday tonight and don't have my order or any money to go re buy these from a RELIABLE SHOP WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE, EVER!!!!!!!

Service is absolutely shocking. Don’t think that because you have ordered an item online and paid for it that you will get it. They will wait until the day for delivery (in my case 3 days after purchase) then they will send you an email to say it’s out of stock and you will have to wait for up to 5 days for a refund! What terrible and disgusting service. Happened on 2 occasions now for me. You don’t expect it from a ship that sells such caliber as tradition but in reality it’s just small fish and they obviously can’t handle simple transactions. Go shop at Harvey Nichols instead

Similar experience to others. Order processed, money taken immediately. On fourth working day, tracked order stated on time for delivery next day before 9 p.m. Few hours later, order cancelled as out of stock. They will have accrued 29 days interest on my money alongside other customers treated similarly. Awful company would not recommend
