“Ordered 4 tops, 2 where wrong and 2 didn’t look like the picture.
Sent 4 back as per their returns process that they sent me on email.
Never answered any questions on email as they just use templates
Chased up twice and each time ask me for returns receipt
Had to go through credit card to get refund, avoid!”
“I ordered three items, was pleased as I work for the NHS so got a good discount on designer products! Paid for 2 day express delivery which I did not receive until 4 days later 😤 spoke to customer service and they apologised and refunded me for my delivery. I was told it would come the next day. The next day I received my ordered which I only received one of the three items! I spoke to customer service and he apologised and said my further two items would be with me tomorrow, this was no good for me! I spoke to another member of customer service and he was confused as to why I was told my other items would come separately as they should of all come together. I’ve now been told this is under investigation and I will not get a refund or receive replacements for up to 14 days when this has been investigated.
Not happy about this at all!! Terrible service. Although Gareth from customer service has been very helpful.”
“I dont understand how a deliever of designer clothes could take over a week?? If companies like asos and cheaper brands can deliver on time.. i dont see why a designer brand company should take soo long... plus their was no express delivery option... clothes are usless to me now because i needed them for a special occasion... absolutely rubbish espc the fact thay i spent over £300 , and im still here waiting..... wouldnt reccomened delievery from these guys!!!”
“VERY POOR SERVICE. They tell you on the website that they have the sizes you need and then wait until it’s out for delivery to tell you an item is out of stock. Makes sense all these reviews saying they’ve had items missing! Only thing they wanted to do to rectify the situation is offer 10% off next order (something you can find a discount code for online.) APPALING BUSINESS AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Stay away from Tessuti. First they sent only half of my order and it was me chasing them where is another item. Eventually t-shirt arrived dirty (they probably used it to swipe warehouse). When I complained they did not respond knowing that after 14 days I will loose my right to be refunded. Also why I have to pay for returning parcel if this is Tessuti's fault. I would advice everyone, do not buy from Tessuti!”
“Went in to one of your stores Burnley. And the look I got from one of your employees. She was at the tills . Believe me I had plenty of money to buy anything in your shop . But I wont be judged like that everyone has a right to shop in your stores rich or poor . But the disappointment”

“Very poor experience... customer service and communication very poor. Several issues with deliveries including missing items. When you try to get someone to deal with it no one responds and you can't raise a complaint.. save yourself the stress and steer clear!”
“Absolutely horrendous service. I placed an order in December and tracking showed delivered on 6th Jan. It was not delivered or left with neighbours. After contacting their customer service team 8 times there was mixed responses from; it was delivered, take up with delivery company, not left the warehouse, on it's way. Not 1 person could clarify.
The parcel finally arrived over a month later. I returned the item over a month ago now and still have not had a refund.
Again I've emailed several times with various responses again; not received, past returns date, order not in my name so can not reapond (it was in my name so I sent them the confirmation), to now being called George and them asking how they can help?!

“Diabolical non existent service. Orders placed, paid for next day delivery and after a week my order was cancelled. Tessuti did not communicate anything. I have placed several orders in the last few months and I will not be ordering from them or any company affiliated with JD Sports Plc. I have complained numerous times and they just ignore you. Very happy to take your money but when you want it back, they seem to be less than willing. I sent something back after I ordered something incorrectly which managed to get “lost.” I contacted Tessuti numerous times and then miraculously, my return had been located. Do not order. If something goes wrong, you will be waiting a long time for a response unless you threaten them with legal action, then they seem to be at your beck and call. Avoid at all costs.”

“Awful company.Badges came off Barbour jacket,13 phone calls made to customer service,5 requests to speak to manager and absolutely nothing done.Shall i just throw my jacket in the bin eh Tessuti?Is that your solution?What a bunch of scumbags!!!
