“Genuinly Shocking Customer Service... My parcel arrived minus two items a Hugo Boss top and a pair of Armarni jeans...Not a problem I thought, I'll just call customer Service. That's when your nightmare will begin!...I was then informed that as a customer I am expected to download a form to print out. I then fill the form out, sign it, photograph it and finally email it back, for a 28 day review...If you do not have a printer, as I do not.. I was advised to download an app, that will let me complete the form..This app did not work for me, Im not brilliant with tech, but I was advised those were my only two options to arrange a refund. So I then asked if maybe someone could simply print a form there in the office, and post it out to me. I was advised that it is not possible for the office team to do this either!..My missing items have cost over £200 so, I'm now feeling well and truly shafted by this company and will not receive a refund due to my lack of tech ability and Tessuti lack of customer care..How can this be right?...”
“Shocking customer service and returns service. They sent the wrong stuff twice and have the cheek to charge you a premium for delivery but cannot respond or reimburse you when you return the goods. Please read this email and think twice before ordering from this company, if THEY get it wrong they still win as you cannot get them to respond or refund you. Should be a criminal offence as in effect they have stolen my money! AVOID AVOID AVOID”

Placed 3 orders, all got cancelled. A manager promised me he placed the order and it was in stock and still it got cancelled. Did not inform me that this has been cancelled. Was told ill get a Gift card and it never turned up.”
“What this company do is take your order for an item that is out of stock everywhere else but advertised on thier website as available so you pay for the item it sits there for a while after you've paid then they cancel the order but they have all your details still waiting for my refund there customer service is terrible”
“I made a purchase for a pair of trainers and didn’t received a dispatch email for 2-3 days. Out of the blue I received a notification on my phones online banking app stating I’d received a full refund from Tessuti. I didn’t get any email informing me of a refund or any explanation as to why. When I logged into my Tessuti account it stated my order had been cancelled. I had to contact customer services myself to find out why and was informed that the trainers were out of stock. I checked stock online right away and even now 24hrs on - they are still advertised as available on the website and in stock of the size I ordered.
Even more annoying, I’m now receiving emails saying “Don’t Miss Out” purchase now on the item that’s apparently not in stock. Dreadful setup”
“Placed order beginning of Nov, after 4 days went by and no update on delivery I checked my account - item out of stock and refunded. Placed order today for 3 items - 5mins later order cancelled and refunded. Emailed customer services to be told try again, did so straight away refunded out of stock. Yet all items are showing in stock in all sizes on the site. Now I've got £240 stuck in banking processes waiting to be refunded. Fuming! Emailed again and was told wait a couple of weeks and try again. Conveniently the 22% offer is on and ending today yet you can't buy anything.”
“Ordered earrings for daughter arrived without any backs attached what an abso carry on can’t take to store as can’t be exchanged so have to organise a courier to pick up and wait on refund to try get these elsewhere as I won’t be purchasing from tessuti ever again all reply’s scripted etc just infuriating they have lost a good customer will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere”

I have written to them on Twitter which is what it advises to do, no response. Also messaged them twice on their contact form and no reply. Not impressed at all.”

Called customer service and was told it was in the warehouse and my delivery cost would be reimbursed. Woke up to an email the following day to say the item was out of stock. I'd already ordered the other t-shirt by this time - guess what ? Same story ! Had one full refund, still waiting for the other.”
