“I thought the sales team at 1916 Cherry Creek Denver were fantastic. I was assisted by Ms Shih and she was able to bring in the EXACT watch I wanted and then gave me 5 days to review it, see it, think about it, and ultimately purchase it. No pressure, no sales gimmicks (like somebody else was just trying it on a few hours earlier) , no games. Just super professional. I am very pleased with the Rolex I purchased and with the asssistance provided.”

“I had an absolutely incredible experience working with Victoria at 1916 Company. I came in looking for a watch to commemorate a milestone birthday, and from the very first interaction, Victoria was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right piece. She walked me through several options and helped me land on a 36mm Datejust - and I cannot get over how stunning this watch is. Victoria made the entire process feel personal and effortless. When it came time to pick up the watch, I brought my fiancée along because I wanted to share the moment with her and introduce her to Victoria. It says a lot when a sales experience feels less like a transaction and more like catching up with a friend. 10/10 experience from start to finish. I'm so grateful for Victoria's care and attention, and I look forward to working with her again in the future. “From the moment I met Brynne Freedman at The 1916 Company, she made my first Rolex experience truly exceptional. This watch is so much more than a timepiece to me. It holds a truly special place in my heart. I have always admired my husband, Eric’s Datejust. To now possess one of my own, that resembles his timepiece, connects us. His and Hers only touches on our timepieces connecting us. From the beginning, Brynne was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to walk me through the different references and configurations, making the process feel exciting rather than overwhelming. What made the experience even more special was how much Brynne genuinely cared about helping me find the right piece. She listened to what I liked, offered thoughtful guidance, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. When we returned to pick up my first Rolex, Brynne made the moment feel incredibly special and memorable. The care and attention she gave me meant so much. I had never really considered myself a “watch person,” but I absolutely love my new Rolex, and this experience has turned me into a “watch girl. “ I am already thinking about what my next watch might be. “This is my third watch from 1916, and my second purchase from Will at Cherry Creek. My first with Will was a Cartier Santos. I knew exactly what I wanted, so the process was very much an in and out. The second - I was looking for the perfect gift for my wife's birthday. That decision involved consideration of at least 8 different models from 3 different watch manufacturers. Will was extremely professional in taking the time to discuss each with me, check on availability as well as provide frank, and appreciated feedback, which ultimately lead me to getting my wife the Cartier Tank Must. I will be going back to both Will, and 1916, when I am ready for my next time piece - I highly recommend both!”

“I had a wonderful experience with the Manhattan Beach location. All sales professionals treated me with kindness and respect, especially Collin Freeman. He was able procure my first Rolex and my first choice in a short amount of time. “I have been a longstanding customer of then"Hyde Park" now 1916 company. At the begining of the transition it looked a little rocky, I made an appointment to speak with Brandy the new manager at the Scottsdale location. We identified an issue with my account. Brandy worked diligently and expeditiously to resolve said issue. Once it was resolved she worked with me to tailor my account to what I was interested in. Shortly after I received a pleasant call to inform me that one of the timepieces that I wanted had arrived. The experience overall was great. Looking forward to a long relationship with "The 1916 Company".”

“TLDR: The new 1916 Company Manhattan Beach location is gorgeous, houses a variety of jewelry and timepieces, and is staffed by superb sales associates that make the browsing/shopping experience so much more exciting and meaningful. In my visits, I can confidently say this has been my best luxury shopping experience far above any place I've encountered in LA and Orange County. To Max, Hunter, and especially Harrison and Zachary - thank you for treating me so kindly, and I will definitely visit again soon! Having recently opened in Manhattan Beach as the first non-merger 1916 Company location, it's immediately evident how much effort went into the interior design, brand presentation, and staff hospitality. The west-facing wall consists of several large glass panes, allowing ample natural light to fill the entire showroom; the result is an airy, chic, and modern environment that beautifully showcases their jewelry and timepieces. A more intimate showroom off to the side is dedicated towards pre-owned watches, featuring Rolex Certified Pre-Owned and other pieces ranging from Grand Seiko to Patek Philippe. The staff and associates are exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Having visited other ADs and boutiques where conversations sometimes felt dismissive, or where I left feeling unseen and disrespected, the associates here truly set the gold standard for what a luxury retail experience should be, both within and beyond the watch and jewelry world. Max and Hunter are one of several sales associates circulating through jewelry and the pre-owned showcase, and they're always happy to offer assistance or let you try on even the most extraordinary one-of-a-kind pieces. Among the Rolex-dedicated specialists, Harrison and Zachary are absolutely outstanding from both an interpersonal and brand knowledge perspective. They stand head and shoulders above sales personnel I've encountered at other ADs and boutiques across LA and Orange County (Rolex or otherwise). They're kind, accommodating, and easygoing to any and all prospective clients. Two qualities that make them stand out is being passionate not only with Rolex but also horology itself, and more importantly getting to know prospective clients as actual unique individuals. During my visits, we spoke at length about Rolex, horology more broadly, and many shared interests outside of watches as well. I really appreciated their willingness to talk and connect! I was genuinely surprised and excited after receiving notice that my first, dream Rolex was available! I couldn't have imagined a better initial meeting with Harrison and pickup experience with both Harrison and Zachary. Their hospitality and kindness truly set the standard, and I highly, highly recommend them for anything Rolex-related! I'll definitely be back soon, whether simply to stop by and say hello to Max, Hunter, Harrison, and Zachary, or to pursue my next watch or jewelry piece!”

“My experience at The 1916 Company in Manhattan Beach was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was refined, welcoming, and clearly centered around providing a high-level client experience. Angel truly stood out. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel relaxed and enjoyable. At no point did I feel rushed and she took her time with me and my family and made sure we were completely comfortable every step of the way. That level of attention and care is rare, especially in a luxury setting. It’s clear Angel is passionate about what she does and genuinely values her clients. She created a sense of trust that made the whole experience even more meaningful. I’m incredibly thankful for her time and guidance, and I couldn’t be happier with my first Rolex.
