“Definitely a 5. Best service ever, they helped me out more than once on orders that I messed up on. Response time when I needed to e-mail them was less than an hour. Their jewelry is absolutely beautiful, I'm a big fan of the stackable rings, you can change the look on your finger by swapping out different rings whenever you want. My favorite store ever!!!!!”

“I received two collegiate slide charms as a Christmas gift. I wanted a bracelet and the spacers to complete the slides. I ordered from Black Bow , the bracelet and spacers because I wanted them from the same company. They arrived in a timely fashion and am really pleased with my purchase. I ordered another bracelet and bead. I will look to you when I need more jewelry. Excellent!!! Thank you.”

“The item is beautiful, the company itself is great. I bought the necklace for my son going off to college. I will be buying one for myself. When the original was left by UPS somewhere, the company stepped in and replaced it with no hassles. Great customer service”

“My package was due to arrive in 7-10 days and I received it in 3 days. The box and bow were adorable that it was wrapped in. My necklace is absolutely beautiful!! It was exactly what I expected. “Story goes like this: bought necklace for husband 12 years from a store in the mall. Had engraved with mine and 3 kids names, he hasn’t taken it off ever, pins wearing down, had repaired twice, can’t be fixed anymore, many compliments about it over the years, thick and 2 tones and perfect. I have googled this necklace a million times and could never find a replacement, used google lens this time and boom, black box has them. Ordered, just received. It’s perfect. It’s exact.”
