Hi Noah Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry your order took a little longer than normal to arrive. I can see from when your order was placed to arriving was 3 working days. Order was placed after our despatch cut-off on 13th so was shipped on 14th, delivery arrived on 19th (5 days total including the weekend). Under normal circumstances we do usually see parcels arrive much quicker. There have been many delays in the delivery network over the last month due to a number of reasons, poor weather, unprecedented demand on top of Royal Mail industrial action. All these things combined have caused immense strain on couriers being able to process and deliver mail. I hope you understand. Asa Operations Director
