I wanted to be able to purchase quickly and easily some moisturiser. I usually get it from a salon but it’s hit and miss if anyone is at reception to actually buy some. The process buying online I found pretty tedious as I had to fill out a form to say I’d used the products before and what my skin was like etc. The first form I completed didn’t submit correctly as I had to redo it. I then had a voicemail and an email asking about the current level of moisturiser I was using. All this had to be confirmed before it got sent out, despite payment being taken at time of order. This really shouldn’t have been so hard to buy some moisturiser and really won’t be my first point of call when buying my next bottle. Customer experience seems to have been forgotten

Due to the high concentration of active ingredients it is a mandatory requirement from Environ that we ask clients to complete a consultation form. This applies to ALL authorised Environ stockists. We need to check that the product(s) purchased are in line with your current skincare & that you are familiar with how to use them, this is to avoid any possible irritation / reactions. As the completed form did not have adequate information for us to release the order, one of the team got in touch to avoid further delay to this order being shipped. As soon as this was confirmed your order was released. Now that we have despatched this item to you, any subsequent purchases will be able to be released much faster as we can refer back to your completed consultation form / discussion with our team. Hi Noah Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry your order took a little longer than normal to arrive. I can see from when your order was placed to arriving was 3 working days. Order was placed after our despatch cut-off on 13th so was shipped on 14th, delivery arrived on 19th (5 days total including the weekend). Under normal circumstances we do usually see parcels arrive much quicker. There have been many delays in the delivery network over the last month due to a number of reasons, poor weather, unprecedented demand on top of Royal Mail industrial action. All these things combined have caused immense strain on couriers being able to process and deliver mail. I hope you understand. Asa Operations Director

Normally really good service but after paying extra for next day delivery as I needed the products for my holiday, the package was delivered 3 days later!!

Website and ordering very good, also the fact you made sure I had used the product before. Packaging poor as eye cream packaging was damaged and metal eye cream container dented.

Hi Alina We are so sorry to hear you have received a product with a broken seal, due to the style of seal applied to the product you have ordered they are designed to be perforated easily so much so that they can break in transit. Hi Lata, I'm really sorry for the oversight of an item being missed off your most recent order, no excuses just human error. The delivery services are a little slower than normal right now due to Covid.
