“The best customer service I have come across in recent years! Due to the product I ordered checks had to be made to ensure I knew how to use them - within 25 minutes of placing my order Lucy emailed to carry out the checks. She then made notes on my file to assist with future orders and kept me up to date with an unexpected delivery delay. Extremely polite and well informed, I’ll now be checking the website to see what else I can buy from them!”
