“Despite being an online store- I had my first experience with a online store having in-person levels of customer help. Over the phone, the representative answered all my questions and then went above and beyond with helping me understand the product, how it worked, how to find the working level etc. I was very impressed.”

“I ordered 2 anti barking collars as a rental. I wasn't aware that these collars are illegal in NSW where I reside. The collars have not been used and I contacted the company as soon as I was made aware of the legislation in NSW. Dogline should have 1) made consumers aware that it is illegal to use in NSW and not process the order in the first place 2) When contacted by myself , I was given the run around with regards to a full refund which I am still waiting on despite the collars being returned still in its original postal packaging. Very unhappy customer. Still no contact from the company. The delivery took in excess of 5 working days despite paying for express post”

“We had a problem with our 18 month old Cavoodle (6KG) barking at anyone who walked past the house. We bought the PetSafe Lite Rechargeable Bark Collar for Small Dogs - PBC17- and it has been amazing. Our puppy can stay outside and play all day if he wants to. It pretty much started to work straight away, he is not in any discomfort and we can relax when he is outside playing. The service from The Dog Line was outstanding. Very happy.”

“We purchased a Dog line system 18 months ago We have a 7 acre property Mid North Coast NSW 3 kelpies and one super busy 100klm/hr road along the North boundary - Dog line has been easy to implement and we know the dogs are safe - without having to be chained up We have just ordered a new collar for our latest puppy addition and the team at Dog line have been extra helpful pulling up our file to work out which collar we needed to get we rely on and trust the Dog line system for our 4 legged friends and highly recommend it to others wanting a secure yard for their dog”

“We have a rescue Harrier. Notorious for turning 'off' his ears and venturing off our 16 acre property into our neighbor's property and also on to the main road. We spent a lot of money on our fencing to try and keep him within our boundary and nothing worked. After much deliberation and talking with Colin at the Dog Line, we purchased the Dog line and installed as per the instructions and videos provided. Once installed, we followed Colin's training tips. I would say within the first 2 days, our dog quickly learnt where he could venture. The blue flags are a great idea as well. So its been about 1 week and our once lead only Harrier is able to run free on our property. Its wonderful and highly recommend this product. The dog stays about 20 metres from any fence as he sees the flags, he avoids those areas. He checks in with us every 15-30 mins whilst he does zoomies around the property. Would highly recommend the product for anyone that has a problem dog, as it is working a treat with us. Very happy customer right here! :)”

“Helpful customer service and a faultless product! When we addeda second dog to our rural home, both dogs began wandering. I researched many containment units and this was the best by far. It started with a beep and no sting for training a pup. My husband tells others that this was the best money ever spent. Years later we only put the collar on randomly throughout the year.”

“I tried the eBay $60 electric fence and collar. It lasted 3 weeks and was broken/burnt out. The dog line collars we bought are so robust, made in the USA. Seemed expensive but our (very large, strong) retriever is no longer playing at the neighbour's gate at 5am, chasing their dogs up and down the fence. We've bought a second collar for the kids' visiting dogs, plus a remote trainer. The stress relief is huge to know we can train our dogs better on walks, and otherwise keep them within the property. No more jumping up into the dog bowl either.”

“Not only has The Dog line been ever so helpful, kind and always there to give me advice with my many dogs I’ve had and fostered over the years, but this collar has saved 3 of my dogs lives. One had no recall whatsoever, one was a chronic kangaroo chaser and one was aggressive. Whilst using this collar for only one week on all dogs, I’m happy to say they all did a 💯% turn around! I can honestly say that this collar saved the 3 of them and also me from SO much stress! Anyone that says it’s cruel is totally mistaken, as I tested this collar on myself before my dogs. I would much prefer to use one of these for awhile than ending up with a dead dog. Used the right way with right timing, I can totally recommend it. Thank you ever so much The dog Line and Colin.”

“Was moving into a 3200 sq/m block with farm /rural fencing, from a 500 sq/m block limestone wall prison. So was a little concerned about my dog now being able to escape. The fences at the bigger block are very average, so I opted for the easier and cheaper option of installing the dog line. After 3 days of training my 20 month old blue heeler, she had worked out where she can and can't go. Been in a few weeks now and she is running around 90% of the yard happily within her areas and I can go to work knowing she won't be trying to escape. HAPPY DAYZ.”
