“Bought a one acre kit pet barrier for our escaping 5 month old terrier Jack 6 months ago. I submitted the on line enquiry and shortly after came through emails providing me with video links, plenty of information, and a phone call to talk about what we needed. I'd done my research and had already made my decision, but the service sealed it. Literally within two days of placing the order, the kit arrived and we easily installed it on our farm fenced property. I followed the protocols for training that Colin advised me to do and Jack was running away from the flags with only the beep sounding by the second day, We switched it up as per instructions and Jack gently got a reminder about the fence and from that day forth Jack was contained on our block. It really was that easy. Our old dog is too big to go through the fence, she soon worked out she could go close to the fence and Jack couldnt, she takes the ball down inside the beep zone close to the fence and Jack jhas to wait for her to come out. Thanks Colin for great service, a great product and for helping keep our dogs safe.. Alma, Mark, Maggie n Jack”

“We had some issues trying to find the best solution to our barking dog problem but after talking with colin we finally found a resolve...the dog line was great to deal with...very friendly..honest and helpful...we would most definately do business with them again and recommend their services to anyone needing support or guidance about their dog????”

“We purchased the Pet Barrier Grounds Keeper Invisible Dog Fence to keep our lab out of our newly landscaped backyard garden beds. She had previously destroyed the old backyard as a puppy so we were determined to keep her out of the new garden. The Pet Barrier Grounds Keeper Invisible Dog Fence has been a fantastic solution to protect these areas whilst still giving her full access to the main yard. Once installed she has learned very quickly (within an hour) where she can and cannot go. I have even been able to pull down the wire fence from around our vege patch. No tomato stealing this season! The only problem was with Aussie Post's inability to deliver the package the first time however Colin and his team did a great job fixing the issue despite the postal service. Good job! The only negative of the product is that the transmitter unit is not weather-proof so must be plugged in to an inside power point. Would have been simpler if it could have been plugged into an outside power source.”

“My dogs love the dried bones and if they dont eat them at once they dont stink We also installed the Pet barrier and once trained with the collars on for a couple of weeks the dogs learned to stay away from the fence line and now do not need the collars”

“I have a beautiful, calm, loving, playful and child friendly husky. She unfortunately does not like cats and so has made a dangerous dog. We have been through 4 pound and pet shop collars which have the appropriate markings but are terrible quality. We tried but she's no toy dog, the collars would inevitably break or get lost while walking. The Dog Line dangerous dog collar is that bit better. If your wondering if you are going to be able to stop replacing poor quality "junk" from the local big name pet store then you are in the right place.”

“We purchased an electronic dog fence and an electronic Barking collar both worked fantastically using the web page to purchase was a breeze the fence worked that good we purchased another one for our sons dog to keep him away from the next door neighbors dogs Would recommend this site to everyone”

“I emailed and asked to buy Beef Hooves, I received a friendly email back with the very reasonable prices for the hooves and postage costs. They were sent very quickly and I was informed when the hooves were sent. Excellent service all round! Lovely company to deal with...unfortunately the dogs didn't chew on the hooves, they prefer their apples and cucumbers!”

“I was amazed at how quick the service was from The Dog Line. I placed an order late one evening and received a phone call within 10 mins as my address was not correct. Collar was posted out that night Express and I received it the next day !! Less than 16 hours to get my product. Now, that's service !! Well done The Dog Line. I will be back :-)”
