“We recently purchased a dog line barrier for our 8 month old Rotti, absolutely fantastic product. We were told that as long as you did the training correctly everything will be fine, which did leave me with a sense of dread I must admit. ( Im not the best for sticking to a plan) . However it has proved to be a simple process, and am happy to report we are now able to have a peaceful nights sleep knowing Jett hasn't gone awol or wandered off during the day. Many thanks to the Dogline team for your product knowledge and after sales advice.”

“I set up my Dog Line fence system about 3 years ago and I have never been happier. I have upgraded the collars once and they keep getting better. I have 4 dogs ranging from a Jack Russell to a Ridgeback and German Shepherd. With very little training they all got the message. My dogs are safe and happy. I even made a loop around our veggie patch. As soon as they hear that beeping sound they know not to proceed. It's so simple. Took me hardly any time at all to set it up for an acre so my kids have all that space to run around on. Mind you, the postie gets a shock when all 4 dogs race towards him as he's delivering the mail, only to stop 1 meter away from the fence. It's funny to watch but rest assured, I have spoken with the postie and all is well. Cheaper than building new fences and I am a very grateful dog owner. Cheers Colin and team”

“The dog collar we hired from the dog line saved our sanity. It helped as a training tool and our dog is so more obedient now. We ended up buying the dog collar and keeping it just in case our pup fell back into old habits which he did from time to time. I would thoroughly recommend the dog line if you're looking to buy products that will improve your dog's behaviour.”

“I found the Dog Line extremely helpful when I was trying to control my runaway German Shorthair Pointer puppy, I first tried a rental remote control collar but she ran too fast and too far. I ended up purchasing a stronger version and it had immediate results. She is now a reasonably well behaved 3 year old. I have recommended the Dog Line often and we are now purchasing another collar for my daughter's Rhodesian Ridgeback with her consent! The Dog Line was always available for sensible advice.”

“I bought the anti bark collar for my dog, and the effects and results were amazing. I have a German Shepherd X so his bark was loud and annoying, he would bark constantly while we went out or bark at any noise at the front door. After only a few weeks he not only stopped barking erratically but it also calmed down his general behaviour. He now barks only when there is a real need to and is even calm when people come to the front door. The barking before used to heighten his excitement levels making him snappy as well, the change in him is amazing as it not only stopped his irrational behaviour but I know he is a happier dog as he's using his nose ears and eyes the way he should and no yelling from us. Highly recommend the product.”

“My neighbours complained about my barking fur babies waking their children during the night and panic set in!!! I had to do something or risk getting the council involved!! After a search of products online I found The Dog Line and went ahead with renting the "Rent a Bark Collar". Milo (the offending dog) learnt quicksmart that barking had consequences and the barking stopped. It worked so well that I bought it after 2 weeks and still use it on and off when he starts barking again. The only downside was that I spent time racing around the shops looking for batteries but it was only after a call to the Dog line that I was told that I could only order online. They arrived as a pack of two and will last me ages now that Milo is behaving!!”

They go above and beyond their required level of service (they even called just to find out the sex of my dog to ensure the product they were provide was sufficient). “I purchased a sportsdog remote trainer for my Malamute and haven't looked back. I purchased a cheaper version prior and had nothing but trouble and not an understanding salesman, my dog wasn't responding and he crossed the road and nearly got hit by a car.I did some research and decided to call the dog line and spoke to Colin an explained the situation. I purchased the sportsdog and have been extreamly happy with it. I have found Colin and other staff to be always helpful and very good at explaining the products. I have been happy with the collar I have recently purchased an extra collar for my German Sheppard. Once again haven't looked back. I would recommend "The Dog Line" to anyone needing help with dog training. That extra support is appreciated.”

“Whippy (the Whippet) has never been happier. We are on a few acres and for the first few months of having him we were always getting calls from our neighbours. "Whippy is here again!" We tried building expensive fences and restrictive dog runs. We would often have to leave him locked in the house or on a lead. Finally I rang the Dog Line, bought an FM electric dog fence and laid a perimeter wire around an acre. Admittedly, sometimes the training was a little traumatic for Whippy and us as he worked out where the boundary was and the cause and effect of the collar. After a few weeks however, he had it worked out and was confidently racing around and having fun. That was 18 months ago and he hasn't strayed at all since. We are hoping to get a playmate for Whippy soon and will be contacting The Dog Line for an additional collar. We would (and have) highly recommend trying an FM fence from the dog line; their product quality, service and advice have been great and as I said; Whippy has never been happier.
