We do our best to package goods so they arrive in perfect condition but also that we don't go over the top and create waste packaging. We do dispatch orders same or next day and deliveries should take 48hrs but as you state, Royal Mail are taking a while longer to deliver in some areas. “I've always had good & prompt service from The Garden Fragrance Company. Recently they sent me a duplicate item due to a problem with my address but rather than ask me to return it they suggested l donate it to someone. Also l was struggling to locate a jigsaw that was always out of stock everywhere l tried. I queried it with Graham who suggested l put in an order anyway & they would send it once it came back into stock. It arrived on my doorstep within a week. So thanks to Graham & his staff.”
