“It is my first purchase at the Garden Pharmacy and I am impressed with their delivery status. My purchases arrived a couple of days later and I was also told when they arrived and the Caretaker brought them up immediately - now that IS service. I have not yet tried the cream but it was a good price so I shall be back.”

“Products were dispatched promptly and despite it being Easter weekend were with Royal Mail for delivery very quickly. This is where I feel let down - I had requested for the parcel to be left with neighbours if I wasn't at home when they tried to deliver. Instead I had to travel to my nearest Royal Mail depot and pay a parking fee to retrieve the parcel.”

“Had a few problems with the web site - it kept asking me about secure access particularly on the Clairns section (did get a bit painful as everytime I clicked on an object it asked me same question). Site is easy to navigate through though and goods arrived the very next day. Prices very good. Have used before and will cetainly use again!”

“You didn't answer my email about the contents one of the items. You did, however, email me to tell me that you were out of stock with one of them and that there would be a delay in sending it all out. This was a very good thing to do! Despite this the parcel arrived pretty promptly, well packed, complete. Overall a good service.”
